Would give them 10 out of 5 if possible. Worth every mile to get there. The shop is highly knowledgeable and works at your direction. We have decided to make annual visits to keep our rig in top shape at an extremely affordable rate. Best shop in the business
Would have loved to give them a great review but didn’t even get that far. When we first contacted Danny, he was very enthusiastic on fixing the mostly cosmetic damage to our Grand Design but as time went on (4 months) we were unable to even get a call back. When we were able to get in touch with Christy, she promised to pass on the message that “we wanted to know if he was still able to do the work and to please not leave us hanging” well, thats exactly what they have done. Crickets… not one word from Danny. A real shame that they can’t even tell you they can’t do the work, because they have such a good reputation on their service. So although I can’t rate their service, I can rate their communication skills and they are sorely lacking.
Took our Vanleigh Beacon here due to the multiple recommendations regarding their service. I needed some warranty fixes taken care of as well as some additional items that were no longer covered under warranty. They worked on frame repair, suspension, body and interior.
I can say their service was excellent and well worth the 1200 mile (one way) trip to get those items repaired. The work was done a lot faster than I expected and done with high quality. They were even able to fix some issues that stumped other repair facilities.
Kristy made the scheduling easy and Stacy performed great work on the RV. Very pleased with their work and can highly recommend them.
Nicest people here. Had to get my roof completely replaced and they were happy to do it. We drove three states away to get this work done since they are part of the factory and we wanted it done right. Wouldn't have done it any other way.
In here now for some repairs and upgrades. It's taking longer than expected, but since Danny is the Master doing our unit, I couldn't be happier with the quality of work. Well worth the extra time. Plan accordingly depending on the scope of work to be done. Cabinet shelves, additional water filter, vent covers, upgraded entry step, and multiple repairs and touchups. Very pleased!
Fantastic Service. Very knowledgeable and service oriented. They were on time with our appointment and got our work done within a couple of days. We love our 22 VanLeigh Beacon and grateful Tishomingo is there to keep us truckin!
I had my Beacon in to finish some warranty work. They did an amazing job, fast, courteousness and capable. Highly Recommend. I live in Dallas and totally worth our time and effort to have it fixed right the first time.
We've been to this RV Service Center 3 times in n the past year and they do a super job repairing VanLeigh RVs. The Service Manager and staff are great. They go the extra mile to satisfy the customers and make sure we are happy. Also, it's good to schedule another another appointment before you leave.
