This place lost all quality since the old owner was here, the food isn’t the same in taste. The rice was super hard, the gallo pinto isn’t of any good flavor. The carne asada isn’t made of the meat that’s supposed to be. Over priced!!! You need a Nicaraguan cook!! Also maybe pay them better so they can stay working !!! Will not come again!!
Good food and like always at a fritanga big portions. I ordered grilled pork lion, it was nice and tender. Gallopinto was good and they do natural maduros not the frozen thing that 99% of places serve. Traditional coleslaw was amazing. Staff is extremely friendly. Good experience overall.
The food made me fell like I was in Nicaragua
There were a few Fritanga we wanted to go to in Miami - This was the first we got to. My wife had the Chicken Asada, My son the Carne Asada and i Had the Curizo/egg. All of us had Fried Cheese. We also has 3 Cacao. The Total was $57 which shocked my wife and she was speechless when she got back to the table.
The Chorizo/egg was good - Cheese good - Gallo pinto was a bit dry - Chicken Asada was dry and tough - Carne Asada was meh for seasoning and also cooked too long.
The Cacao was a bit sweet and expensive.
People behind the counter were apathetic - No greeting, no interaction.

We were searching for a lunch spot in Little Havana and stumbled across this place. Owner / manager that helped us decide on our lunch choices was very hospitable. Heaping plate of good food for a very reasonable price. Fried plantains and cheese were both fantastic. Left very satisfied with the lunch and overall experience.
$14 bucks and I got three meals out of it! It was great food. Reminded me of my trip to Central America
I love the rice cheese is good too maduros are great staff was very nice whats keeping me from giving them 5 stars its tge meat it has a good flavor but it's cold and it looks like it been there for a few hours
Over all good experience. We came to Miami on vacation and wanted authentic Cuban food. I'm not sure that that's what we got after reading some , wof Howeverthese reviews. They gave us a ton of food for a great price. Food was good. Customer service was good.
