Went back to this place and everything has changed. The lady at the front counter Melissa no longer works there. I noticed one of the mechanics who use to work there left and now works next door. I went there for a follow up oil change, but the new front desk employee was very dry and unprofessional. His customer service was so bad he reminded me of an old cheese ball or crook trying to over charge and scam people out of their money. I ended up leaving without getting the oil change. I went to a better place, service and price. I think that place need to go out of business under their new management or employees. I rate them a -10.. ????????♂️
Unfortunately people use this platform to bully businesses into giving them prefential treatment. We like to treat every customer like they're our only customer however on Fridays when there's a lobby full of customers and our racks are full that can't happen and some people have unrealistic expectations..And this is were you'll hear about it.
The honesty and service was real good. I really appreciated Melissa at the front counter making sure they figured out the issue with my car and not wasting my time and money trying to diagnose many things that was not the issue. I really appreciated the fair pricing and good customer service I received. I will be going back in the future for my car service and recommend this location to others????????
