I hit a pothole and my tire popped right in front of this tire shop. Mark was actually leaving the parking lot, because it was an hour after close. He stopped to help me, changed my tire, and then gave me a deal on a new tire. I am so grateful for him being so kind while helping me! Not to mention, he was incredibly quick considering the situation. I was on my way home from the hospital with my 65 year old grandmother who has a broken shoulder. As I was leaving, he began helping two or three other cars that were pulled over because they hit the same pothole. After we left my grandmother actually said she believes Mark gave her & my 90 y/o great grandmother a ride home one day when their car was not working. God bless you. Thank you Mark!!!!
Hello, 3 weeks ago I had a disk and pad change. 270 usd I went 3 days later, they could not help because they were busy, they said come back later. When they told me that the handbrake spring was defective, I went and the change was 200 usd, then I was not satisfied, I went to the person who made the change and he told me that the caliper was defective. He said that the disk and pad will change again and you will pay 150 usd extra in total. I said if the caliper I just changed was defective, why did you change the disk? I have no confidence left because they robbed me and robbed me every day because they robbed me because they robbed me of a different malfunction, the rear left tire was locking while cruising. So I got technical support help, they installed the tire, there should be 2 pads on each wheel, there is 1 pad in my car, they could not put the other one in place, it fell because they did not put it in place and luckily I did not have a different problem. The change was made 5 days ago, there is no sound now, I had the change done in a different place. I took the photo materials to him, I explain the problem, he still does not accept it, he demands a fee from me, he says that this sever disk and pad will be under warranty, but you will give 150 usd again. What I can't explain is that he doesn't accept his own mistake, he still wants extra money, there is no sound in my car now, I brought the old material, he didn't give me my money back, so I threw it away with him. This business only operates to exploit people, I lost 1 week because of the wrong analysis, I spent 500 usd from my pocket, read this article when choosing this place.
I purchased a car recently that had wheel locks and no key to match. The front brake pads were already low and needed replacing, so I called around to find a place that could remove the wheel locks and install brake pads.
I called a few places to see who might offer the service and Mark was the first to pick up the phone. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me a quick estimate that was very fair. When I arrived at the shop, a mechanic came to my car to greet me and direct me to the office. The work was done well and quickly by the mechanics, and the price at payment matched what we'd talked about over the phone.
My opinion: While I was there, I witnessed Mark interact with staff, clients, and the mailman. He treated everyone with equal respect. He also seems to be someone who enjoys the work he is invested in, as he clearly and completely answers questions and gives helpful advice for next steps. I intend to continue bringing my car to Mark for quality, efficient, and fair work as well as spread the word to my friends and family in the area.

This place has been great for my daughter ❤️ She has brought me with her 2 times with her for work on her car and a tire replaced and they are very helpful and so nice! Prices are very reasonable. She bought a used car and there's a few things that needed attention. Grateful for their honesty and pricing!! I will definitely recommend to others!!
I honestly have had the WORST luck with my tire this past week in general. Mark and his guys are literally HEAVEN SENT! I seen a couple of reviews about them being rude and mean and overcharging. THIS was by far the most INACCURATE thing I have ever read. He was so understanding and so nice. Very professional and informative and that’s for him and his crew. Had such a gentle soul and that is why this business would always flourish! As a female , I’m scared that most places would try to get over on me and focus on getting money out of me because most time women don’t know what to expect when dealing with cars and I knew absolutely nothing but that was not the case here AT ALL. I’m sitting in my car right now writing this review while they are fixing my tire. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone seriously!
Plenty of used tires my size. 215 55 17. He told me $70 for one.. nah then asked me what do I want to pay? $35! Negotiations over lol. They have tires just come ready to look up used tires on your phone.

Went in earlier this evening *at closing time* and was very well taken care of by all the guys at this tire shop. Definitely recommend this place, they went above and beyond to make sure I could drive home safe.
My step-son ripped apart 2 tires and the steelies when he hit a large item on Briley Parkway (while merging). Anyway, Mark and his team got new wheels, tires and aligned the Avenger in record time and at a great price. I'm thrilled we found him in our search to find a tire and wheel business in the aread.
Highly recommended.
