By far the best place in the UK, that i've found to take care of my american car. I ordered replacement tires for my 392 Dodge Charger from TireRack (245/45R-20 FIRESTONE FIREHAWK INDY 500 XL). Storky and staff were able to quickly install the new tires, without damaging the wheels and performed a complete safety check on the vehicle. They noticed cupping on my old tires, which they corrected with a wheel alignment on the car; protecting my current investment.

First of all they charged us $110.00 to change 1 tire and they took over 2 hours to change it. we had to walk back and sit in the waiting room bc sleep noticed they forgot about our car...
Secondly... We went yesterday for an oil change (which we didn’t really need badly) and they BROKE our oil pan. So now our car is leaking oil. The car was not leaking before hand and they called us saying he tried to get ahold of us before we left to let us know our oil pan is rusty and leaking and needs to be replaced. IT WAS NOT LEAKING BEFORE THEY TOUCHED IT. We asked how much it’ll will cost to fix the pan and the guy in the phone was asking US if we knew the price and if we thought how much it would be. He was very confused. Later they call back and tell us it will be from $320-$350 to just change the oil pan + we will have to add new oil so they would have to add the oil change fee which we had already paid $86...
My question is, if my car was leaking oil... why didn’t they call us and let us know before change the oil that we had “a rusty leaking oil pan”? So they could have changed it then instead of having us pay now twice for an oil change in 3 days and a new oil pan... $500 later??

I can honestly state that I had the best experience in getting my vehicle serviced at the RAF Lakenheath Auto Shop and Tire @ Lube shops. Storky was a Guardian Angel in ensuring that my tires were ordered and installed in a timely matter and Gary’s wealth of knowledge regarding the service needs of my car enabled me to travel back to the mainland without having to stress about potential car troubles during my travel. A special thank you to Gary, Storky, and the TLC guys.
I can’t thank them enough for taking care of not only one but both of our cars. They were able to schedule us in right away and the staff are all so friendly. They noticed that the wear on my front tires were unsafe to drive on and had almost exposed wires due to an alignment issue. They fixed us right up and were able to work with me on a price. They put safety a priority and my family couldn’t have been more appreciative. We will definitely be going back as long as we are here.
Had a great experience getting new tires here! Everyone I talked to was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. A coworker recommended that I talk to Matt. He gave me a good selection of tires to choose from, and even price matched the ones that I went with, saving me nearly $300! The technicians are great at what they do too! I look forward to working with these guys again. 10/10
For the last 3 years the Tire And Lube center has gone above and beyond for us each time. They have always let us know when they see something, even when it has nothing to do with what we came in for, that would prevent us from dangerous or unpleasant situations in the future. They are personable and professional and get the job done quickly. I am not looking forward to moving and having to find trustworthy car mechanics. They are hard to come by, and I feel the staff at Tire and Lube are trustworthy and give fair prices and referrals . There is not enough good I can say about the people, the service, and the care they have for the their customers.
We have been to another place and we are happy to switch to the Tire and Lube Center on RAF Lakenheath. They provided friendly and professional service. The staff were knowledgeable about the services and items we needed for our car. TLC even helped us last minute when we got a flat tire and needed to change out all of our tires and rims. Storky and staff went above and beyond to help us. Great place!
7 Jan 2020: Went in today short notice to get two new front tyres for my 99 Accord, they identified and fitted the tires in less than an hour as a walk in customer! It’s as they’re able obviously for walk-ins but all three gentlemen who were there were professional and kind, all three offering tea, coffee, or other beverages as able for while waiting on the work. What’s more, the mechanic who fitted my tyres noticed other issues with my vehicle just during a cursory inspection (he’s an MOT mechanic) which he says he always checks for while he’s working just to help the owners identify problems early before they get flagged in the future. He discussed the issues with me and was very knowledgeable and patient, helping me understand every issue and it’s effects on the performance of the vehicle. Reasonable pricing, obvious expertise, genuine personable service, and given my lucky timing; all done in an expeditious manner. Highly recommend and I’ll certainly be returning in the future for my other auto needs.
