Took my tires and rims to get mounted and balanced at this location. 33x12.50R26. Make a long story short they scratched my brand new rims that they took out of the box and said it is my responsibility on fixing them. Highly do not recommend them as if they scratch your rims they will not fix so keep that in mind.
First time, I visited them they were able to replace my tire quickly and it was affordable. I recently stopped back because my pressure light came on. They took the time to check my tires. They found a nail and patched it right up. Only took a few minutes out of my day.
Got into a real pinch on Easter Sunday on the way from NC to Florida. Blew a tire on a Mercedes and not one other shop was even open. They had a tire that fit, had it hooked up and out the door in no time. Friendly and helpful and lucky for me they were open. I can’t thank you enough. Really made a bad situation disappear and helped me get my family home.
Great and fast service! I needed an old tire, I had as back up, put on my car. Firestone said they couldn’t put on “used tires”. (Even though I bought it from them previously) I called Tire Kings and they said they could do it that day. They had me ready to go in about 30 minutes! Thanks guys!
I was on the interstate and my tire started losing pressure quickly. I called and got a quote for a tire. When I arrived 30 minutes before closing Jay was gracious and extremely helpful. He got me back on the road at the price he quoted before I arrived.
Came in on a Sunday afternoon and got me right!! Very affordable and moved with some alacrity!!! Thanks guys! May see yall soon. I think I spotted another balled tire, lolol
Was very kind to my daughter who had a flat tire with no spare. I was and hour and a half away and had to have it towed by Express Towing to them. They were closed at 5 and the young man still stayed late to help her!
I paid $80 dollars per tire for two tires plus the extra $40 they charged me because they had to clean something off of my rims and the next day my tires went flat and would not hold air. I took the tires back and they are now trying to charge me $125 for each tire. I said would it be possible for me to just pay the difference since it was their fault and I only had the tires for a day and she replied, “it doesn’t work like that.” I feel like they tried to get over on me because I am young and a girl but don’t waste your time.
Update: They were trying to charge me more money and even said that it would be $35 more to patch the bad tires they gave me. The problem is not with the rims and if you zoom in on the picture you can clearly see it is the bad tires with all the chips and other things. They were not trying to contact the manager until after my review and it is just overall poor customer service. I did not have a attitude at all but if writing a review about my experience is having a attitude then so be it. I will not ever go back here and i wouldn’t advise anybody else to.
