We had a great experience! We were in and out in about 10 - 15 minutes and the tire looks good. The prices were good! WORD OF CAUTION: it is a cash only business.
I like these guys, they’re fair and honest. However, I have to give 3 stars because it shouldn’t be cash only. There are so many ways to accept cards these days that don’t require fees on the part of the business. They could even accept Zelle, Cash app or a host of other options but it seems they aren’t interested in working toward creating a more customer friendly, convenient experience.
I got a puncture in the sidewall of one of my tires and every other tire shop wanted to charge me between $240 and $300 to replace the single tire. Tire Kings was less than half of that price, and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Great people, honest prices, and they stand by their work with a warranty! Couldn’t ask for more! I definitely won’t be searching next time I have an issue with my vehicle. Tire Kings is the place to go!
They absolutely great customer services and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes with my new tire. I recommend Tire Kings to anyone looking for expedient and respectful service. My slogan for them is: "Where they tread through it with you to go the extra mile."
Just be aware it's cash only! But there is an ATM next door. Lovely people friendly and quick. All prices are posted so no surprises I'm so happy with the service I received there.
In the past I went there for tire repair and on 2 separate occasions I was told to get tires...but the front end of my vehicle was shaking at high speeds and when I went to a mechanic I was told the belts on the inside of the tires were bad...I recently went and paid 15$ I was under the impression it was for a repair but no it was to diagnose the leak and they didnt even offer to fix the problem....went back three or so days later on saturday cuz I was still losing air it was unclear to me what they diagnosed it with but I heard Valve stem but when I went back they said there was NOTHING WRONG with my tire..I WOKE UP TODAY MONDAY and my TIRE IS FLAT...ended up going else where and what do you know theres a hole in my tire...costing me 200$...I'm done going here....I'm beyond unhappy
will not recommend going there the staff lazy and disrespectful n the tires almost 500$ for 1 tire they just bad for business altogether
Terrible place DO NOT GO. I went to get 2 tires replaced and I get home to find out the tire they replace was completely bald already. Upon returning the workers proceeded to give an attitude defending themselves. There was one very nice worker who did remembered me and calmed everyone else down. After waiting about an hour they tell me they can't get a bolt off that they put on the previous visit. I then had to take it to another shop to get the bolt off, where the cashier said never go to Tire King it is the worst. Sadly I was too late. A total of 2 hours had gone by and I finally got my tire. Never going there again.
