I came for tires issues. The staff was extremely kind and courteous. Oriented me for best / affordable solutions, and repaired quicker than expected. A real gem tire shop! Highly recommend!
I called around for pricing before I decided to go here. I brought tires to be mounted and balanced. All of the guys were attentive and asked the right questions. I've been in the automotive field for 15 years and have decided to go to shops very rarely for various reasons. Shan and Glenn helped me and made sure my tires went on with ease. I didn't have to wait long at all. Maybe 30 minutes. I asked Glen if he could please wrench a couple of my lug nuts back because my studs are a little beat up. He did this, no problem. He also asked me if I recently did my brakes. I did, and one of my brake parts came defective and was causing a slight drag. I was impressed that he asked and felt cared about. I'm happy to see people who pay attention, work hard, and make customers happy. Mostly the pay attention part! Thank you!
I had a bit of a tire emergency & these guys gave me a great deal on a new set of tires. I was on my way in under 30 minutes. They are so nice, waiting area is clean & comfortable and the price was less than I expected! ????

I called and made an appointment for an alignment, and told them the exact make and model of my truck. Days later I show up and they tell me my truck wont fit on the alignment rack, and they knew it wouldn't. Instead of calling me back they just wasted my time. I had made arrangements for a ride home and cleared out my schedule to get there and now thats all wasted. I'll never do business here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Just got front brake pads and rotors installed on my Toyota camry for only $400, including quality brake pads and Rotors and services. Best one stop tire shop in grass valley.
Got front lower control arm change for reasonable price and didn't require any appointment. I just walked in and got it done. Good job, tire and brake center.
