I went in yesterday (actually less than 24hrs ago) and requested a v tip in matte black. I asked if she could add glitter or if they had any decals or anything they could add she said no although I saw them and she even showed them to me afterwards. I was rushed through the drying process the owner showed up and began yelling in Vietnamese and then told he didn’t see a car?!!! Where is your car? I said I caught an Uber? Mind you my nails were still drying….he said no you call
Uber now you are done! I was not. I showed them my nails were still wet and became very damaged when I had to pick up my bag and after a nasty back and forth with the owner, the lady who did my nails dried them under a proper uv dryer. I still left with ugly nails and a pathetic excuse for a pedicure. Sure the gentleman painted them fine but left my feet quite rough. They rushed me out so they could close. I was the only one there and it was about 4-5 pm.while waiting for my Uber driver I saw them all 3 load up into a truck and leave after locking up. So they absolutely were rushing me. I showed my Uber driver and even they were like daaaaang no way you paid for that?! She made me pay before she painted them. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! You can even see where she smeared polish on my skin.
I so love this nail shop ????...They really do perfect pedicures I can't let anyone else touch my toes. I mean when they are done I could actually be a foot model.????
Horrible just as the previous owners! Of course the usual routine when a “new” customer comes in for the first time. They do excellent work but when you come the second or third time. It’s horrible services across the board. We made an appointment for two pedis. One of the nail techs completed everything except for painting the toe nails because another customer came wanting her eyelashes done without an appointment. So she stops and attends to her lashes sending another nail tech to finish the job. If I called you ahead of time to make an appointment, we shouldn’t have been put on the back burner. Also, they need to go back to basic training of nail care because they cannot paint and/or clean the nails properly as well. They continue to make excuses and over talk you when you attempt to explain how you are unsatisfied with their customer service and duties at their salon. I would honestly rate this zero stars. I’m not impressed.
Neverrrr again!!! The lady who waxed my eyebrows was literally snatching my head like I was her child. The guy who polished my toes was nice, but I could’ve did this myself.
They did a fantastic job and took their time while doing my nails. I love my nails long, they didn’t have a attitude when I told them the length I wanted. In fact, he wanted to do them longer. I suggest going to them when business is slow!
It was just ok. I received a mediocre pedicure that didn't include many of the necessary steps. I had to remind him to file and go under my nails. Also didn't clean up the cuticles around my nails. No lotion or massage, I literally felt like I could have done it myself, or not been so impatient and just waited the 20 minutes to go across the street. My nails aren't even cut down evenly. Do not recommend.

The place was nasty. It also had a very strong chemical smell and I almost passed out from it. Their quality of service was horrible. They have clientele who Don't care I suppose, and meanwhile I called #311 to report their unclean business. Used them 1 time on the fly, but guarantee you I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone else to use them.give them a 0 out of 5 ....ughhh.!!
