I own a BBQ Food Truck found myself in the area on Mother’s Day and had the Brisket Burger. What an amazing taste sensation and bargain! What more do you want? The kid that served me asked me where my car was and brought me the burger when ready. Was more than delighted with my meal.
This place has been an awesome highlight of the week, I stopped one night just for some Wings and some Cajun fries. I will say this truck is absolutely awesome and I would suggest for anyone craving wing or ribs and such! Also the main dude who helped me out of such a legend, God bless this family working this truck and making this delicious food ????
My Mother loves their food. She put ME on. The BBQ Brisket burger? Your tongue is most certainly going to slap your teeth. Brisket on a burger??? Amazing. Cajun Fries? Seasoned so good. Baked beans? Sooo good. The mac and cheese? Not seasoned to “perfection “ but leaves room for improvement yet tastyyy. Brisket Tacos were dry. Need something more…more toppings, a sauce…something. That sweet baby that always takes my order? Adorable, knowledgeable about the business, so patient. That’s important in being in the service industry. PATIENCE. Get here. Safe location…next to Planet Fitness. Safe as in the atmosphere, lol… but your exit from the gym working out will be tempting. ????????????????????????????????
I I’ve eaten from this truck twice now. The first time I had ribs that were amazing, but the brisket was dry. The second time I had a half rack of ribs and fries. The fries were great, but the ribs had a weird aftertaste and so dry I needed water to eat them. I won’t be returning.
The appearance and presentation of the food is appetizing, but looks can be deceiving. No seasoning on ANY of the food. I really had high hopes for this place, but was deeply disappointed. The brisket tacos were dry, the wings have no flavor, the macaroni is mid at best and the barbecue sauce is the star that saves the ribs.
Best BBQ I've had in awhile! Tucked away near Burger King off Taylor Ave. Pulled pork sandwhich...TENDER and smoke flavor all through. BBQ Brisket Burger...OMG!
Great food. If you go try the brisket cheeseburger!! And the ribs.....wings...yummmyyy
