If I could give a 0 I would. She was nice but she does not listen at all. This is the third time I have gotten something completely different than I asked for. I am extremely angry because she left no room to fix it. I came in with long hair and wanted face framing bangs and layered hair and I got a 2 inch all around mullet. Last time I asked for the same thing and got chin length straight cut bangs. She left absolutely no room to fix this. She should not be cutting hair if she cannot learn how to listen.
