I’ve taken my car here for at least 10 years and this is the only place I’ll take my car when I need work done. They’re honest, reliable, do great work and upfront. They keep it totally ????. As a woman it’s such a relief knowing I can trust I’m not being treated differently or taken advantage of. Lastly they charge less than any other places I’ve used before them. Try them once and you’ll see what u mean.
Dan is awesome once I had him look into a issue and it didn’t require major work jus some screws tightened and he didn’t even charge me for his time
I had him work on another car and I had serious life issues come up and he worked with me on rescheduling he’s always been quick and on time I got another car that needs work and I’ll definitely be going to him again

Had a lot of Work done on my cars & friends and family. Great example had a Speaking sound I noticed but only occured while in gear not in Neutral or park. In a few Minutes Eric Had it Diagnosed correctly and gave me the cost to replace the Primary Belt but as you should do change all belts out at the same time. So we moved forward and changed out both belts. As I know a few other shops in Town would possibly be something else.

Tingley’s auto is the absolute best place to get your vehicle fixed. Great service and even better customer care!! I went in and talked to Tingley about what was going on with my car. He offered suggestions to try and save me money. When my car ended up needing fixed, I dropped it off and they worked to find the problem. Tingley called me to explain what needed fixed and worked with me regarding price. That has never happened to me before and it was a shock to know that there are good people in the world not trying to rip you off. He had my car ready within 45 minutes!! Best place in town with an even better owner!!!
I took my car to different shops for the past two years, but no one could find a solution. Then I took it to Tingley’s and Dan had the problem figured out in a short matter of time. I have had no issues occur since taking it to his shop. Tingley’s Auto Spa is a good and honest business with reasonable prices.
Update on another experience. I previously took my 2002 Highlander to another shop with an issue and was quoted $3k to repair. Took it to Tingley’s Auto Spa and found it just need new tires and a balance. Needless to say it was much less than the previously quoted repair. Dan is the man.
