This was my number one place to come too for braiding styles for 20 years. I’ve been a customer evens before the merge. However, the last few installments for my micros were horrible. I usually get micros every other month. The last installment was done with synthetic hair which was very itchy. When I arrive they all never want to do my hair until the shop owner Tina is there. So I text them asking them about doing a style, they looked at the message but never responded. I have spent thousand of dollars with this shop over the years and I think I will never return again. I recently used a new shop a mile away and I’m satisfied. I’m sorry will no longer give you all my support or money for your services. Truly this saddens me but your service and shop etiquette is horrible!
They don’t deserve the 1 star I had to give them in order to make this review. Don’t go here they old and very unprofessional they messed up my knotless braids and won’t fix them or give me my money back. They need to reevaluate the braiders they have they all old and can’t part straight let alone do knotless

Loved this shop. I went to Coumba and she was so professional. I’ve never gone anywhere and gotten braids and they didn’t hurt. This place made that happen. Good atmosphere and they were quick. This is my new braid shop to go to. I highly recommend it and will patronizing them for now on.
Been going for about 5 years now and hair is always great. I get mostly box braids and they are always neat and quick. I’ve gotten Senegalese twist twice.
There's always a chair available. My braids always come out exactly how I want them. And their prices are good.
RUNNN!!! Worst braiding business in Atlanta. I went in today to get some box braids tell me why i end up with individuals??? They do what they want to do to your head. Then they some of the laziest braiders ever they just wanna either sit down or stand in one spot… And if you got hair they will try to grip and rip any and all of it out it seems like they be jealous or something. 2 people were on my head and the lady in the back of my head made my scalp bleed. Literally trying to save yall some time, money and pain????
I really enjoyed my experience there. My Senegalese twists lasted all of 3 MONTHS!!!!! Two people were braiding my hair and it took around 3 hours. The only thing I didn't like was that one of the stylists was on her personal phone the whole time talking very loud. I think having my sister there to talk to me was my saving grace....now back to the braids.... the braids were very tight and very neat. They provided the hair with the service and it was pretty good quality. Will be returning again
