Best KPortal Reviews

This place has some of the most amazing tacos I've ever had! The lobster taco is a must try!
The service is extremely friendly, although it is quite slow. The food takes a while too. Our table was sticky and there was a lot of garbage on the floor. I'm still giving this place a 5* because of the food and friendliness.
Tin Lizzy's is a fun spot to stop for a wide variety of flavors through their taco selection and drinks to match. The Royale with Cheese taco is a great homage to Pulp Fiction, and I highly recommend trying it. I wish I had more room to try more of their menu. They're small bites, but fill you up fast!
Stopped in for a quick dinner and drink. The old fashioned taco salad was delicious and full of flavor. Service was good. Also, to my surprise the bartender made a good old fashioned as well! In fact, it was the best one I had out of 3 bars nearby. I would come back!
Royal with cheese, Mahi Mahi, and fried chicken tacos were delicious and paired well with a pineapple jalapeño margarita! The waitstaff was very attentive, and my water cup didn't get less than half full before they were bringing me another! Outstanding job!
My family and I came here to have a casual lunch. Everyone enjoyed their meals, the only downside about the food is that the chicken was pretty bland even though the rest of the dishes were good. The tater tots are simple but yet very tasty lol. The bowls with the rice are delicious. Our server was excellent. She made sure we had what we needed. She checked on us. Our order was accurate. She was very friendly. The other servers that were walking past us were also very attentive. This is a very laid back restaurant. It's a nice size. It is in downtown Atlanta so you will have to pay the park. You will also have to be mindful of the elements that are downtown so be mindful.
I often travel the country as a professional photographer. I like to eat healthy as much as possible, so I decided to cheat and come here. The location downtown is great, and the atmosphere was nice. It's a pretty good setup.
The food I ordered was a far cry from what I had anticipated. Hailing from Texas, I have a discerning palate for tacos. This establishment boasts unique tacos, albeit at a slightly steep price, outrageous at $5.29 each. However, the taste did not live up to the cost, prompting me to give it a try myself.
However, the experience was far from satisfactory. Consider the last time you dined at an authentic Mexican restaurant, where the tortillas are freshly made and accompany your plate or even your tacos. The warm tortilla is the initial taste, followed by the filling. This is the essence of a taco's flavor.
Well, here at Tin Lizzy, you first taste a bland, cold, kind of mushy tortilla. It was disgusting. You can tell that the tortillas were not hand-made but bought in bulk.
They did not warm it up (which is critical), trust me. I am Mexican American, 5th Generation Texan and know what they should taste like.
For $5.29 a taco!!!! No excuse.
I will say they look good in the photo, but the taste of the tortilla—well, I didn't eat it; I just ate the inside only.
I am not being picky, I am being honest.
What makes a sandwich? It's the bread. What makes a good hamburger? First, it's the bun: toasty and warm.
Come on Tin Lizzy, change this and I promise you, you will get better reviews.
Food here was good. Keep it simple - Nachos and Tacos are on point. (Rice bowl - was ok!). Good selection of beers on tap. Small criticism (that if management ever read this) - bar area is massive but only really saw 1 person behind the bar. And he was wayyy too chill. So drinks service was quite slow. Maybe consider if/when a position becomes available to look at hiring someone who has worked Braves or Hawks games and can pour a pint in 30 secs (rather than 10 mins!). Otherwise. RECOMMEND.
My experience here was disappointing. Every beer I requested they didn't have. This occurred 5 times, and that is not an exaggeration. The waitress was really sweet and very apologetic. She said her manager was going to come and talk with me since they didn't have any of the drinks I ordered. The manager never came. I finally just asked her to give me what beer they did have. When I got it, she did give me a hefe size for the hassle, which was nice. But I was just about done eating, and my friends were stuck waiting on me to drink the beer. The tacos were good, but that was undermined by it taking almost an hour to get my drink.
