Had a great "fast food" experience here. Service was fine, food was fresh, hot and came out pretty quickly. I had a veggie spring roll which was quite greasy but very tasty. Also had the teriyaki glaze w/tofu. It had great flavor and was cooked perfectly.
On the negative side, the dish had more rice than anything else and not much tofu.
We ordered two Tikka Masala with fried rice and fried Tofu, since it was our first time we forgot to mention the spice level and neither did the cashier ask us, for us it was sweet , but overall it was good food. The fried chips were complimentary which we didn't expect which were good as well. Apart from that a bit costly.
I usually like tin drum (have tried and liked other locations) but this was bad. Fried rice was mushy, ramen egg was overcooked, and the potstickers tasted old. Definitely not worth the money.
my experience of this location has declined rapidly within the past several months that I have ordered. i am vegetarian and have been highly unsatisfied the past couple of times i have ordered fried tofu from this restaurant; it has been steamed instead. i know the difference because when i ordered during the winter, the tofu was actually fried crispy…what’s in the picture is more of a steamed texture. i also ordered my food spicy and they didn’t make it spicy; i had to add my own red pepper flakes. wish i would have just gotten food from elsewhere, won’t be back to this location ever again.
Food is great as usual, but the service is so slow. All I got was a simple Koreano chicken sandwich order after 3 people behind me got their orders. No excuse for waiting close to 30 minutes for my order... The restaurant isnt even super busy
Let me go ahead and save you some time. I have gone to plenty of Tin Drum’s and this is by far the worst location. I walked in and was not greeted, I got my food and was missing an order of potstickers. When I went back to the store to get them they were burnt and disgusting. I also ordered chicken lettuce wraps, and i barely even got any chicken. The lettuce was also disgusting, how can you mess up something so simple? Save yourself by just going to another location right down the street that’s literally 100x better!!! I am so disappointed because I usually love Tin Drum’s but this was horrible all around.
Loving the new team and management at this location! They are so friendly when you go in and the food tastes amazing! Their location is also so convenient to if you live in the area, or if you want to pop on/off the interstate to grab a quick bite that doesn't taste like fast food. Well done!
My favorites are the Passionfruit tea and the Blazing Steak box.
First time trying tindrum…I’m usually not open to trying new things but all I can say is that it has satisfied my expectations. Food is delicious and flavorful. A wide range of food to choose from. Staff is also very attentive and greets you with a smile. Zaida Helped us today and she was absolutely amazing with guiding us through the menu and giving her personal preferences as well.
