Update: this place is a hit and miss. If the general manager is there, they are GREAT. If not, they are CRAP and get your order completely incorrect. Rosa is RUDE AND GHETTO - neck and eye rolling. Giving an attitude when taking your order. In the drive thru she ignored us and slammed the window shut.

Unless..if you like to play the guessing game about your food and your entire order, I highly suggest this place.
I asked for a simple bean and cheese with extra cheese. As seen in the photos, I ended up with a bean rice and cheese. The next time I ended up with a bean burrito. It's ANNOYING.

It was the Best breakfast service the first time. Generous portions! I didn't get to take a before picture because the food looked and smelled so good. But I added a photo of our plates mid way.
We had a bad experience at the Tim's on La Palma. (And now a bad experience here the following Monday).
Amazing service on Saturday morning. They continue to check on you and brought the food quickly.
I thought it was the spot to be when you don't want to cook. But now I'm not sure about that. 2/5 times we tried this place it was good. Not the best odds in my book.
Update: Horrible experience rude attitude with a lady named Rosa. Closed window while we were still ordering. Planning to leave a tip yet experience nothing but negativity from this employee. If managers are there then it is highly recommended but if not prepare for the worst service.

In a time where one is skeptical to go out to eat after Covid due to declining food quality, service, & atmosphere in restaurants post covid.
Tims Place is an establishment to build memories with superb food, quality service, and a wonderful atmosphere that you can depend on time and time again. You are greeted when you come in by a friendly staff while being check on periodically while you eat. Genuine family establishment.
The food was so delicious I did not get a chance to take a picture hence the reason only the finished meal is posted.
I purchased a chilli dog and it was spicy and had canned chilli with almost no meat. The employer was very nice! But the food is not good. I paid about $7.00 for the hot dog.
Huge portions and great food. Service is good here too. The restaurant is clean and busy. The parking lot is a little small for the business they get. Service is friendly and fast. Definitely expect to share if you order a side of fries, onion rings or any of the other sides. With the entree being plentiful the sides definitely will have you taking it home or sharing. Their chicken and waffles were super fresh, crunchy chicken, and not overly salty. Highly recommend.
Went to try a breakfast burrito because I love breakfast burritos, but it's hard to find one that is good. What I consider a good one. Fluffy scramble eggs. Found it! See my picture. My new place for breakfast burritos!
This place is like mixed nuts you don't know what you're getting? So I drove by the place many times it looks like it's called Tom's sometimes it looks like Tim's finally found out its Tim's I guess they used to be called Tom's and I guess there was some kind of issue with the name so they had to change it! So from the outside the place looks pretty good it always looks packed it was three of us that went there my wife myself and my son went there do you have lunch. The food's really good and the portions are ginormous that's a good part! The service was good! BUT AND BUT I SAY! The FLOORS looked pretty dirty I mean the were gross! They were disgusting! The interesting part is they give you coupons to go back! Will I I'm not sure! And not to mention that I had so much food that I had to take it home at the pastrami which was wrapped on the other half and the next day when I went to eat it I took off the wrapping and found a big hair inside the rapper I know it wasn't mine because I don't have hair on my head shaved luckily it was between the rappers and not in the food but GROSSSSSS!!!
The food wasn't great, the food was by no means bad. We ordered Tom's Fries, and a cheeseburger combo. The lettuce and sour cream and tomatoes were kinda strange on the fries, I'd recommend just ordering chili cheese fries with pastrami instead. The pastrami was a little dry but the chili had nice flavor. The burger was huge, but kind of bland. And the fries that came with the meal were also huge.
Overall I ate everything and don't regret my purchase but I probably wouldn't chose to go back.
I’ve been coming to this Tom’s for over 10+ and the steak sandwich with zucchini’s are my favorite. Also, Blanca the server has always shown my family and I great hospitality, great service, goes above and beyond.
