Went here twice on my trip to Chicago. Place is fantastic. First night we just drank. Wide variety of drinks. Considering the area, the drinks were reasonably priced.
Went the next night after checking the food menu the night before. Glad we went back cause the food was excellent and service was very fast.
Staff was great. Super attentive. Dirty plates and drink glasses removed from table quick.
If you are in Chicago and looking for a bar to kill some time and maybe a bite to eat, check this place out, you won’t be disappointed.
The atmosphere was great and had a lot of energy. Our waitress was friendly and quick with food and drinks. I had the fish and chips and it was so light and the batter was crispy. Would definitely come back again! Thanks for the fun!
Fun atmosphere. Food is so-so overall. Had the pretzel appetizer, which was decent. Didn’t really taste like pretzels but not bad either. Had the chicken Mac and cheese for dinner. It was decent. Again, good meal. Not a foodie destination but probably a good hang out place.
Honestly, loved it. Didn't know what to expect when entering, found a gem with GREAT drinks. We're big drinkers so it does rack up a bill, but it's very worth it for the selection honestly. It does get a bit loud with the sporty crowd
My wife and I spent the weekend in Chicago and found ourselves at Timothy O'Toole's both nights we were there. Excellent atmosphere. Tons of TVs and great beer and liquor selection. But what had us coming back was the bar service. The entire team was great, responsive, and very kind. One who stood out was Bobby. He remember us right away from our previous visit and even remembered our drinks. If I lived in Chicago, this would be my home town pub. Can't wait for our next visit to Chicago.
Great place to hang out. Good music and atmosphere. Everyone seemed to be having a great time. Came on a Friday night and it was busy, but not too crowded. Food was great, I got the Buffalo chicken egg rolls and turkey bacon melt sandwich. I would definitely come back.
We celebrated my wife birthday. She enjoyed every second the drinks and drinks and drinks she had lol. Don't worry I was driving. The food the service was all great. Even one of our guest needed help because of the stairs that was handled by the staff. Great job staff and cooks.
The service here was great! We were seated immediately, and were able to take in multiple games at once. Food was solid for sure. What made the night is that Bob, the Director for multiple locations, chatted with us throughout the night. All about the history of the pub, restaurant tricks of the trade, what he's owned in the past, and just talking sports and Chicago. Really cool night. It meant a lot. Thank you so much!
