I’ve been going here for over 15 years. Today was the worst hair experience I’ve had!! I had people stop and start other customers. My braids are uneven so I’m have to fix them. I miss when the older aunties were in the shop.
Do not I repeat DO NOTCOME HERE FOR BRAIDS!! They don’t listen and will do as they want and WILL NOT TRY TO FIX OR MAKE IT BETTER I asked for tree braids and got Crochets!! 165 down the drain!!
The worse customer service ever!!! They will have you waiting telling you some one is coming for hours and no one shows!!!
I went in and was forced to either get the style the owner wanted me to get or pay for hair used which was not a whole pack used. When I stated that I wanted my hair braided the way I asked in the beginning the shop owner got mad and told me I was mean and that’s why I had been hospitalized prior to me visiting them. She saw me wearing a wristband but had no idea I had just left the hospital suffering a miscarriage. Worst idea I ever regretted. Please do not visit this shop it is unprofessional and they do not know how to braid hair.
The do a really good on my daughter's hair.She gets so many compliments on her hair.Their is usually a wait.But this place is worth the wait.Bcuz they do such a good job
Horrible customer service! They’ll raise your price after they already given you one. I have videos of fight with customer and employees. Even the employees argue with each other in front customers. I’ve seen a stylist cut braids out of a clients head. Last but not least she was so upset at me for wanting a proper service she proceeded to braid my hair excessively tight causing plenty of my hair to some out. I had combed out my edges ( to not be braided) and she still braided them causing bald spots and thining. Not only did that happen on my edeges but all throughout. As I took my braids down I can see the white hair follicle bulbs concluding that she pulled my out from the roots. My edges are damaged and hair still has length but it’s now extremely damaged
Horrible service they left so much hair coming from my micro braids and didn't want to fix the owner stop taking my calls ...
I got a Sew in done by Tima and she did a good job. She did it in 2 hours and I love the way it came out. If you are looking for a quick pleasant experience call her.
