Attempted to ask a question about my 2007 vw beetle....Tim abruptly cut me off and said ...no I don't know anything about them. I asked if he could recommend someone...and again he rudely declined. So happy to end this call.
Mixed feelings been using Mr. Tim for over 15 years with multiple vw projects but lately it seems as if his heart isn't in it since getting older and lve had to return several times for the same issues. Blown engines this go around l had them build me a fresh engine. So far so good but he still didn't cut any slack for faithful returning customer.
I've bought parts for many years from Tim. In 2010 and 2011 he rebuilt engines in 2 of my bugs, still going strong. I've always gotten the best price and sound advice from someone who knows VW's!
He should change the name of his business! He is rude and doesn't even let you finish your sentence before he cuts you off saying that he can't help you!! Horrible customer service!! He needs to just retire already!!
Mr. Tim and his group of mechanics will help you out. And anyway and always. He has a great crew of people there helping everyone. And if you need parts that you can't find new or used he could help you out to with a very reasonable price.

The old guy is a samelss liar
Who does terrible work
And sells damages blocks w/ faulty parts while blaming his rancid ethics
And continuous work errors and his son
And even his clients. He tells every lie in the mechanic book, is verbally abusive and makes incomplee shotty
Work the outcome of every
Job that lands o his pig sty workbench.
Also, the man is quite misinformed
About many buggy dos and donuts.
Firhemore, he will refuse to useorfurish
Work orders and will only provide a scratched on unlegible receipt
If one is stirnley requested.
He caused us months of stress
And a fee large stacks of $.
Too bad he wont give the torch to his son who is much more talented and knoweladgable as he is.
It ended so poorly w/ him that we will be attempting legal action and filing 3 civilsuits against him
