I can't say enough hood things for this shop and the owner. We were down for our 21st anniversary from PA, and our waterpump on our vehicle started leaking about 45 minutes from our destination. I found Tim's shop as it was the closest to our airbnb and called him. He was able to get us in first thing the next morning and was kind enough to take us back to where we were staying while they worked on other car. They were extremely fair on their pricing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. Thank you for helping out a couple in need!
I had an Issue that I had taken my van to 2 different shops, each time the issue came back. Once I took it to Tim's garage the issue was finally gone. I I took my van there for 2 other different issues and each time it was taken care of quickly and I didn't have to bring it back again for the same issue again. The staff there are really friendly and treat you nicely.
My brakes blew out in Wardensville so I took my car to Tim's. Tim and his crew were able to help me very quickly, gave me a fair price and were professional the entire time. I would definitely recommend their services.
I had the great fortune to be rescued by this wonderful man! My husband and I were returning from Snowshoe W.V. when our Jeep continued over heating. A kind man named Ray stopped on the highway to help us and contacted Tim's garage. Tim and his son towed our car and dropped other work to help us. Tim tirelessly worked trying to solve our issue. Once determined we needed 2 different parts Lauren called all over to find them. When it was determined no one had them Lauren called the only motel in town to help us get a room. Meanwhile Tim sat on the couch and spoke to us as if he had known us always. He was genuinely concerned about us being stranded so far from home! He also offered to take us anywhere we may need. Tim, his son, crew and especially Lauren, were so kind, thoughtful, and caring! Lauren gave us a ride to the motel, told us about the town and even helped us to get into the VFW, as we hadn't eaten all day. Lauren gave us her number so we could call for anything we would need offering to come drive us anywhere anytime! I would trust Tim with my children or families needs! They all were a God send and we are so very grateful!!!!!
I had a car accident. To tow my car less than 3 miles to my house I was charged 260 Dollars. I have never heard of this ridiculous amount for a tow that short a distance. I do not understand that. I was very unhappy and probably wont use this garage for anything else.
Nice folks. Fixed my tire issue really quick while I was on a long road trip and didn't charge a fortune!
Tim and his staff are great people. Tim is very knowledgeable about vehicles old and new. He has worked on my vehicles for over 13 years and he has always been friendly, available, and trustworthy.
Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
