I brought my Acura MDX in to diagnose the check engine light along with a breakdown of the operation of the car. I was thinking about what the problem could be and the bill for services. Tim's was able to quickly find and fix the electrical problem at a mere fraction of what was expecting! Their honesty and competency is very valuable to me and I have nothing but praise for them. I recommend their services to everyone!!!
Shop owner went the extra mile after transmission flush and buffed out paint transfer on our front bumper and also fixed a loose side mirror. I never asked for the body work. Big thanks to you guys always!
Tim was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Called two days before Christmas as my car was leaking oil.. It’s hard to find a shop you trust. I described my problems with my air conditioning, among other things, and he ran me through a few things it could’ve been. Turns out it was much simpler than anything expected. What I thought was going to be a $600 job was an easy fix. He did a great job on everything and treated us right. I hope he doesn’t retire soon because he is my go to.
First, I want to start by saying I never leave reviews. But Tim answered the phone very unprofessional. I asked kindly if he had anytime to look a my vehicle today and he said flat out no. Bye. And hung up. Very rude and unprofessional. Even if you are having a bad day there is no need for that.
Tim was great help on my daughters car. We had taken her car to more than five different places including the car dealership, for the same issue! We went and saw Tim and although he couldn't fix the problem (not by any fault of his) within 10 minutes he knew exactly what was wrong with her car and did all the searching on where to go get the part. We went got the part car is fixed.... highly recommend Thanks Tim
