I had an awful car situation at the wrong time trying to get to JFK airport, my car was literally shutting down, it was a Good Samaritan who directed me to Tim's Auto Repair II. I will be forever grateful, not only did Tim stop his work to look at my car, his advise and actions saved my car and travel plans, Tim and his team went out of his to connect me with the Car Rental Agency, get me there to keep me moving to catch the flight, oh and by the way, my car was fixed! ???? It is good to still know there are people out in this world who "just really want to help"

I must share my story about my experience with Tim Auto II in Westampton.
I dropped my Infiniti Q50 for front and rear brakes and rotors on a Saturday morning, they close at 4p. I called at 3:41, my vehicle was ready for pick up but I was stuck in traffic in Philly. They asked when would I get there (10pm) it was going to be nighttime because now I had to travel back to NJ for a retirement birthday party so I paid by phone and gave permission to leave the keys in the armrest or glove box. They agreed and stated they would park my vehicle in front by the camera.
Well my husband and I arrived exactly at 10pm and Ms Pearl had the bright lights shining upon her parked in front t of their entrance door. To our surprise the owner’s came out of the shop to greet me !!! He open the drivers door politely lift my the mat and handed me the forget and receipt and wished me a good night and for me to let them know if had any problems.
Can you imagine…. When I got out of husband SUV I kindly said were you waiting for me .. graciously he said YES????????????????????. Not only did their excellent work save us $300 vs the dealership but their commitment to ensure Ms Pearl’s safety.

Did my valve covers, valve cover gaskets, spark plug seals, spark plugs, spark plug wires, ignition coil, AND an oil change in the same day when I brought my car in the afternoon.. beats taking my subie to the stealership.
I brought my car in, i was very specific on what i wanted him to look at cylinder 1. I wanted him to see if it was bad. That meant the engine was no good. He said it was fine but i needed a new transmission. Close to 4000 later and the check engine light is still on. He stood by his diagnosis. He told me to bring it to nissan. I did and un 2 hours they determined cylinder 1 was bad this the engine was no good. He was not happy i didn't bring it to the nissan dealer where his friend worked. Go figure. I told him my 2 solutions were He put a new engine in for free or tske out the transmission and give me back all the money i spent after his WRONG diagnosis. He would only buy the engine and charge me for labor or only give me 2300 and remove the transmission. He also made repairs that were not authorized, when i asked him why.. he said my car needed it. Stay far away from him.. someone also wrote about him on bbb website as well with similar story. He is exactly the main reason why people hate bringing thier cars to mechanics. Now we have to goto court. Record all conversations with him.. you will thank me later. Included both bills.. u can see nissans recommendation for a new engine.

This guy saved my life this weekend.
I was on my way from Philly to Hoboken when I got in a small fender bender. My entire back bumper was off. We towed the car to exit 5. Tim came to the car without me to fix it both on Saturday and Sunday. He went after hours at 6pm, and then again at 12pm on Sunday to make sure the car was fixed. All to just charge me $50. I wish I could give this man $1,000!!!! THANK YOU TIM!
My family and I have been using Tim’s since we moved to the area, but within the last couple years I’ve been especially happy with the service. We just moved about 20 minutes out of the area and I still drive back here when I have any issues! They’re friendly and helpful, loyal to their customers and extremely timely with repairs - only once have I had to leave my car there more than one business day. Great crew at Tim’s!
Great experience here. My car had engine problems and Tim explained every step of the repair and kept in touch with the warranty company to get the repair expedited and finished. Gave me an honest price and was open and honest about the entire process. Will always use them for my car repairs.
