Was visiting San Diego - found this place via local recommendation - Very authentic and delicious Chinese food. Definitely hidden gem for sure. I’ve been looking for this specific style of chow mein and it hit the spot for me. Would definitely come again next time in SD.

I dont know is it me or what but San Diego asian food doesn't taste that good
Love their noodles soups here. I usually order their Seafood combo with egg noodles and dry style. We also like to order the Chinese donuts and their Vietnamese iced coffee too.
Their salted fish fried rice is pretty good and many restaurants don't serve that dish. The Beef chow fun is also another dish we order often.
Service is always quick and friendly. Table service but you go up to the cash register to pay when you are done with your meal. That's often the case in Vietnamese restaurants.
I love the Chinese and Vietnamese mix in this restaurant. Coming to this place reminds me of the complicated history of peoples in China and Southeast Asia.
We ordered a beef fried noodle dish - always order the flat noodles! And we also had fried rice and a steamed fish that came with bok choy and rice. Always a good time here!
Tim Ky Noodles provides an excellent and cost effective catering service for company lunches. We recently ordered lunch for 25 with 5 star service and delicious cuisine. Pricing was well within our budget of $25 per person, more than generous portions with leftovers for 10, flavorful selection of specialty noodles. The best part of our lunch experience…Tim provided exceptional customer service superior to any local Michelin restaurants which simply can’t compete given their disingenuous customer interactions. We’ll be back for our next business lunch if not before!
The Duck Leg Noodle Soup actually is chicken leg and the meat is very dry. It is absolutely not duck. I will never order that Duck leg noodle again even it’s free. It’s is absolutely not true Duck leg. Terrible experience with that item which Tim Ky listed as Duck leg!!!
