First of all, there is no actual entrance to their parking lot. Second, I was charged tax on a to-go order. Third, that ladies restroom sink was DIRTY. Lousy first time there this morning and definitely not going back again.
Very rude service. Girl in the drive thrue window didn’t get love from her family maybe that’s why she’s acting that hard. If you don’t like your job just do something else don’t ruin someone else’s day. She was super racist i felt discriminated
Good as always, except the off time the coffee tastes super old.
TIP: Talk about your paying customer AFTER they are fully out of sight!!! I just left this location after the drive thru cashier dropped my food on the ground. I barely had my hands on it before she released it. No apology. Just shoved out my drink while I opened the door to retrieve the bag. Luckily, none of the food fell out of the bag. As she closes the window, she says to her co-workers, "She drops the bag and gives me stank face!" Well, I purposely said nothing to you because I figured you've been working all day and were tired, which is why I didn't receive great Tim Hortons customer service. I gave you a pass today and kept my thoughts to myself. As my mother always taught me, "If you can't say anything nice, keep it yourself. " Ma'am, I suggest you follow that advice if you want to remain customer facing.
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The service I received from Tim Hortons was sub par to say the least.
On the Afternoon of October 17, while on my way to work, I thought “you know what would be great, a hot coffee and a warm sandwich from my pal Tim” well as you can guess by this review so far… that isn’t what I got.
While the coffee was indeed hot, the sandwich was partially incinerated ????. If I wanted to fill my body with carcinogens, I woulda just gone to the corner store and and picked up a pack of unfiltered cigs.
Feeling slightly disrespected, I decided to whip my car back through the drive thru again and give them a chance to right their wrong.
And to my surprise…
They gave me a cold sandwich ????
Who do they think I am??? Goldilocks or something?
Did they want me to come back for the sandwich that was “just right”?
I’m sure the “third time’s a charm” rule would have worked out in Mr. Hortons’ favor, but alas, I’m now running late for work and only have time to write this long winded review.
I go every morning to get Coffee and Timbits. I'm always greeted by a friendly face!! And they have come to know my order! I've never seen one employee with a bad attitude! And my order is always AMAZING!!!
I have always had good service here and the staff is usually friendly, but this recent visit was horrible. The lady who was taking my order in the drive thru was so rude for no reason, honestly I don’t think I’ve ever seen her there before but I hope I don’t again. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. But as long as she’s there I won’t be returning.
This is my favorite location on the west side. I go every single morning before work. The past week though, my mocha ice capp has had a very strange taste to it. I tried calling the store but it's still breakfast, so they are undeniably busy. Just wanted my voice heard because my drink cost almost $6 and that's $24 in drinks, I've not drank.
