Cashier was rude. We were the only one's in line and this was the 1st time we had been to Tim Hortons. We were driving home from vacation and just decided to stop at a drive thru for coffee. We were trying to navigate the menu and the Cashier on the speaker was rushing us after 30 seconds. She was pushy and told us she has a timer to beat and we need to order. We asked about a drink and she added it without answering our question. When we got to the window she shoves the drinks in my hand and snatched the card out the other.
Was driving down to visit my inlaws with my husband. We had went ahead and placed an online order so we could just pick it up. We got to the drive through and they informed us they were out of donuts, timbits, sausage, and espresso...so just about our entire order. This is frustrating but then they say that they can not give our money back because it's an online order!? So this has been a couple weeks. We have filed a request to get our money back (which we still haven't!) as it has been sent to a special agent for review. Who would have thought it would be so difficult to get your money back for an order that was never received.
Went in to get donuts and had horrible customer service. The cashier didn’t offer any kind of greeting and didn’t even want to talk. She just stood there looking at me like I’m supposed to read her mind. Then after getting my order together she handed it to me without saying a word. No hello, no thank you, no smile, nothing. If you can’t be any friendlier than that, perhaps you should find another line of work.
Bonus…The display case is absolutely filthy and obviously hasn’t been cleaned in days.
Called the number provided in comments here and spoke to someone about my experience, and haven’t heard from anyone.
UPDATE: Obviously the replies are generated. Even after stating the above, I couldn’t get a genuine response from an actual person.
Way to go, Tim Horton’s!
They have very nice place to go to dine in . But they need to keep there donuts stocked better. They never have any more then one or 2 of the same donuts ready . Other then that it's a nice place to go fr coffee and what ever u liked
I ordered online I got a bagel B.EL.T..
What I got a sausage egg and cheese bagel, the price difference alone is reason enough to get upset. But to top it all off my egg was green. I do not like green eggs and ham sam I am..they also forgot half my order. How do you forget a dozen doughnuts, and two coffees?
Tim Hortons in Waverly is garbage.
Excellent, fast drive thru. Fresh donuts. Peppermint mocha latte so yummy. Husband said cold brew is best he’s ever tasted.
Went inside to try one of their Boost drinks and there was one person in front of me when I walked in. Waited at least 20 minutes behind him before he even had his order taken. Another 10 for mine. No apology for our wait. Drink was mid.
Nice staff. Good menu execution.
