Thank you to Tim Horton’s for serving breakfast until 2:00 PM. My favorite is the Bacon Egg Cheese Bagel. I ask for butter on the bagel. This sandwich is hearty with two fried egg rounds. I’m happy when they haven’t run out of my favorite donut - double chocolate (chocolate cake donut with chocolate icing). How is it they are always fresh? Never dry. Servers at the window are always friendly.
Don’t come to Dayton often but the staff here is about as nice as it gets. They didn’t have tortillas so they kept offering me free stuff. They also gave us coupons for the trouble. I’m in love.
IT IS WAY TOO EARLY IN THE MORNING FOR ATTITUDE!!! I had stop coming to this location because something was NEVER RIGHT from the food to the employees!! And today again it was the employees!! Cashier had such a bad ATTITUDE at 10am WHY!! BUT it's MY FAULT again stopping some place and supporting a business that really do not care!! The cashier stated the total be what she said was not clear, so I simply said how much was it??....then the attitude....and the eye roll....I had to ask for the receipt luckily the cashier had walked away so the person that handed me my food is who I asked and she kindly gave it to me.
Being from Louisiana. This was my first time at Tim Horton. It was my dream to go to one. Since there isn't a single Tim Hortons in Louisiana. And I would always see the brand on TV. So I was shocked to find they are all over OH while currently visiting for work. I visited this location because I was in area. And my first visit wasn't that great and left me a bad impression. First thing, this location looks nice. But when I walked in it was completely empty. I would think it would be like filled with people because it a big brand like Starbucks. Secondly there was only one lady who was working. After waiting patiently, she ask if I was picking up for doordash. When I was to place my order she seem to can't understand me maybe because my Louisiana accent. I ask the lady what was popular here. She honestly didn't seem to care to explain and didn't look like she even wanted to be there. Than a guy walked out appear to be a manager. He was nice and understood me because he was originally from GA. But I ordered my drink and Timbit. The ice coffee was pretty good, and so was the timbit. But I think the service is lacking, that employee doesn't seem to like working there. Hopefully, if I go to another location it might be better.
I always try to tip more then usual because I know how stressful the food industry is, but not anymore. Total was $15 I left $25. Didn’t even get a thank you from the cashier. I got back two croissants that were cold and not even packaged lol . I tried to support you, TH’s, but I give up.
Very pleasant staff, good food, great coffee. Handicap parking can be a problem since a lot of Penn Station, BW3, and Fed Ex customers hijack the spots because they are lazy and inconsiderate. A lot without handicap placards cheat. But Tim Hortons is great. Neighbors not so great.
Their quality has gotten a lot worse. Practically every time I get a sandwich from them it's very burnt. This last time, it was fully inedible.
These employees do not know their donuts. My husband and daughters asked for double chocolate donuts. Should have checked them before we got home. We got plain donut with sloppy chocolate icing.I try to call but no answer. I don’t know why?? They was not busy at all. It’s 2:50 pm in afternoon. * Check your donuts before you leave* I so wish Bills donuts was closer. But I guess I’ll start driving to there to get my donuts. Wasted Money on donuts we won’t eat today.
