Brought my car in to get radiator fixed on car 1 day after repairs slow oil leak started coming from valve gasket my car was never leaking anything before going to see TIMS AUTO! Called back in and he told me couple hundred just to look at it! DONT COME HERE FOR REPAIRS THE MECHANICS WILL MESS UP YOUR CAR JUST TO TRY TO GET YOU TO COME BACK AN SPEND MORE MONEY!! THIS SHOP IS A SCAM SPEND MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE
Dave is a good Guy! I've been doing business with these guys since about 2015 we've always been able to work things out and get things done. Dave has also went out his way to do extra things for me without any financial compensation. I appreciate these guys business they will work with you.
SCAM AUTO REPAIR …..Bad experience, not helpful, I checked the prize with the Hyundai agency they said you can buy this part in 250$ but when I ask Tim auto care they said we will charge 3600$ they r fooling the customer they think we don’t know the exact price but luckily I ordered through the Hyundai
Charged me $150 to just tell me what was wrong with the car! I should have asked before leaving the car, but I really didn't think he'd charge me more than the hourly rate to just look at the car. Then I was quoted an outrageous price for work. I rate 2 stars and not 1 stars, as I didn't have them do the work, so can't comment on that. Disappointing.
I am SO SO SO SO SO tired of auto repair shops that do this. Brought in a relative's car for a repair, really hoping it was something small. Boom, $300 repair. Which hurts but I thought it was indeed the problem. It wasn't. They want us to bring it in for a second time. For what, so you can slap us with another $300 on repairs we might not need? I gave my uncle back his car with much disappointment. He goes to his local repair guy and the problem is fixed by just getting a brand new cap. $20 fix. I'm pretty sure the cap didn't cost $20, but at least it wasn't $300 and it fixed the problem! I don't recommend places like this. I lose $300, you get a negative review.
Good service and reasonable prices. This shop has a good reputation in the community for not ripping off customers.
They have several bays and a secure lot.
Shop is sufficiently staffed so you aren't left waiting for weeks.
Always my go-to, he's always friendly and professional, and I get the job done
Good service experience. Had to leave my Altima overnight but they dug around and found a rock that was stuck on the swing arm, which Autocom Nissan failed terribly at servicing.
