For those wondering, I'll let you know...
It's a bead roll that's bigger than your face, light and fluffy, and packed to the brim with your choice of filings - and it's enough to cause you to pop for a quick nap after finishing it!
Combine this with the amazingly friendly staff, proper home cooked foods (not just warned up), varied selection of specials, duck eggs, artisan scotch eggs, handmade chocolates, and so much more and you've got yourself one of the best places for breakfast and lunch for miles.
Also, don't forget to check out both sides of the notice board whenever you're going past - epic jokes changed daily for your amusement!
Nice little sandwich shop, staff friendly enough all clean and tidy but wow, 25 minutes of a 30 minute dinner break stood waiting for a tuna mayo sandwich, that in fairness is overpriced and isn't a large as advertised in comparison to other places iv used.
As I say friendly little place but a bit quicker service is definitely needed. I will add there was only 2 customers before me also.

Even tho you’re getting a breakfast sandwich it’s the cleanest freshest quality meat in there. The bread is fresh and portions are perfect.

What a great sandwich shop! The food is yummy, fresh and local. Dan and the staff are great. Really friendly and super accommodating. If you haven't been already, I would ask "why not?'. Highly recommended.
Spam and cheese sandwich is nothing special. No where near enough meat literally taste nothing but bread. Service was fast although not busy so expected and the food was fresh. The breadcake was soft and quite nice compared to a lot of Wakefield sandwich shops but I'd prefer more meat and harder bread than a soft bread with no taste.
