Worst mechanic shop out there in Idaho. They lie about cost and timeframe said he could have my car done in 2 days it took this guy over a month then on top charge a ludicrous amount of money when I supplied the part and was told it would be a 500 dollar job. On top didn’t preform the tune and the replace the belt he said he was going to. Overall wouldn’t trust this guy on anything he says

My husband & I (plus our kitty) had tire issues on labor day of all days. Tom came in & spent 4 hrs wrkn on our truck 2 mk sure we got back on the road. Bein from north dakota we had a long way 2 get bk hm. Seriously!! Recommend them 2 anyone who has a vehicle problem. Besides bein fellow rockers! Lol..Great bunch of guys.
Absolutely outstanding service. We had a rented motor-home. Tom was just amazing as were his family! gorgeous people. He is incredibly clever and knowledgeable. they work hard and are the kindest people we met on our 7 week trip through the West side of USA. Thank you guys!

He helped us completely replace the engine in our vehicle after another local mechanic blew it up, when he was only supposed to be doing a minor fix.

Worst experience I've ever had. I took my BMW around January, they had told me it was a "module" after changing plenty they said it was my ignition switch so they replaced it and they also replaced my gas pump which "stopped working" installed a $300 gas pump without authorization from anyone. Had to wait till July and still no results from the car always "little problem" and they were gonna have a specialist come in and look at the car after all the bullsh!+, took the car home and had my brother and a friend help out had the car running in 3 hours. Biggest waste of time and money at the shop never recommending to anyone.
Amazing service! Tom, the owner, met me and a tow truck driver at midnight after I put diesel in my car by accident :(. Tom showed up, made sure the car was dropped in the right place, and they worked on it the next day! The whole shop went out of their way to be helpful and provide advice before I left town; I was blown away by their service and honesty!
I have taken many cars to Tom for repair, starting with a BMW 325i that needed general tune up and brake work. He's also the only mechanic in Twin I trusted to take care of the air glide suspension on my Audi All Road 4WD vehicle. Over the years I also had my son take his Mercury Sable in and his Chevy Malibu. While another son had Tom go over what it would take to fully restore the engine components for a Cadillac Catera. Each interaction was pleasant, informative, and professional. I do believe he practices honest and ethical car care and repairs!
