Absolutely brutal and incompetent staff that is extremely rude and seem like they could care less about anything else besides having conversations with each other and none of it is pertaining to the office. The head receptionist was by far the worst and I'm not sure what her issue was maybe her cheap bun hair or she didn't get hugged enough as a kid but she was nasty and extremely rude the entire time. Women walk in off the street to receive both injections and are seen in 2 minutes because they pay cash. The worst office staff on Earth to be totally transparent! Not fit to work in the Healthcare industry. Also they will make you take 10 different test to milk your insurance that are old antiquated procedures so to say this is a sham is an understatement. Look up the doctor for suspicious activity and you will see a variety of issues.
Don’t get surprise is only two stars. If I can leave 0 stars I’ll do it. Need medical records for my mom. But they don’t pickup the phone, if you are lucky they answer and you will transferred to medical records department and they don’t answer neither or full voice mail. Don’t go to this place and save stress.
I've been a patient for MANY years and i absolutely love the staff! Yes it's not an in and out kind of appointment but it's worth the wait! Dr. Tikoo saved me and is thorough with testing
Had an appointment at 12pm was seen at 3pm. The receptionist i believe her name is Kimberley is very rude, unprofessional and should be replaced immediately, after complaining to the “office manager” she was just as unprofessional and does not know how to handle complainants about the office either, the staff needs to be replaced if Dr Tikoo wants to continue having patients.
NOT RECOMMENDED for anyone. I made an appointment for my 3-year-old daughter almost two months ago and the person who gave me the appointment took all my daughter's information and I asked her before making the appointment if they accepted medical insurance and children told me yes. What a surprise I had when I arrived at my appointment with my daughter with symptoms of headaches every day and getting stronger and with a neurological problem that she has, they tell me that they do not accept children and that they are still calling me on Monday two days before my appointment "they never called me that's a lie" when I made the appointment almost two months ago. And the worst thing is that they didn't even apologize for the mistake they made, they only blamed me for "losing their call". I also work for a doctor's office and what they did is not correct.
Absolutely horrible visit. My sister was experiencing a neurological crisis with severe symptoms worsening while at his office and he truly could not have given more of an impression that he didn’t care. He was an hour and a half late, with no apology, and then saw her for all of 3 minutes. When his office received MRI scans she had done, he didn’t call us to go over the results, so we ended up needing to speak with a different, much better neurologist. She was actively losing control over half her face while in his office and he was completely unhelpful and unkind, as was his PA. Do not go here.

First of all let me just say- the one star is only for me to be able to review this doctor. The staff at this office are rude as hell. My appointment was for 9am and I was there by 8.40am to fill out necessary paperwork. I was seen by the doctor at 11am. He wouldn’t give me my scripts till I got a study done, for which they made me wait another two hours and wouldn’t let me reschedule either. I was told I had four patients infront of me for 20mins each for the same test. It was a freaking 5min test and they just kept sending other patients before me. The doctor saw me for less than 5mins in which period I did not have his full attention because his staff memeners kept intruding every few seconds to ask him some questions or get something signed. Fast forward two weeks later I come in for test results of the test done two weeks prior and I am told I have to wait two hours minimum even though I had an appointment for 10am.
If you value your time do not go here. I do not see the point of sticking posters of “no walk-ins” implying you take appointments only but not sticking to the appointments?!
Doctor is ok but the staff at the office is not reliable at all. There is no accountability what so ever. They really need to start observing the employees who work there and ensure there doing there job. My mother is a cancer patient and every month to get her medication is such a hassle. It is so stressful to deal with the office for a simple prescription that requires refill. If you value your time don't come here. Staff is unprofessional and patient care is not valued at this establishment. If you come here get ready to wait a long time to get seen by the neurologist and deal with the staff that comes off with an attitude of no compassion.
