I came to get two of my tyres replaced, he also fixed up my spare wheel for me as it was damaged, he didn't have to do that... But he did! very nice gesture.

Took my car for an MOT, upon picking it up my radio screen was broken. I went back in to ask what had happened to be told it was like that when I dropped it off. I know this not to be the case as it was working fine, an I have never had an issue with it since owning the car.
Then I was met with a lot abuse, swore at and called a lier.The individual was getting angry and trying to intimidate me to leave. Male with ginger beard, extremely unprofessional.
My car has damage to the body work, caused by myself. If I had any reason to lie I would say you caused that damage.
However, I didn’t as I’m an honest man. But the damage to the radio system did happen whilst in your care/possession of my car.
Avoid at all costs. Staff are rude, unprofessional and clearly not honest. I have reported this to the ombudsman and also environmental health as fuel, oils and hazardous waste is also covering the public footpath adjacent to the garage entrance.
I would not recommend this garage to anyone. AVOID PLACING YOUR VEHICLE IN THIS GARAGES CARE!

Best garage around! And by far the cheapest! Fantastic service! Michele was very helpful on reception and even helped me by getting my car dropped off as I had trouble getting to the garage. Thankyou for the work you did and the service you provided. 100% recommend this garage.
Totally unprofessional, taking jobs they are unable to deliver on, wasted 2 weeks of my time when they couldn’t deliver. They didn’t have the common courtesy to say they are unable to deliver. The warnings signs where there, said they open at 0830 but didn’t open their shop 45 mins later with few customers waiting, this was a bad sign long story short, I would not recommend these cow boys.
Had my car serviced with them for the first time. Even though they couldn't help me with the gearbox servicing as it does require some special tools, they were being honest and charged me a fair price for the other bits. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, if you don't require a certain brand specialist. Thank you, guys! ????
Taken my car in a few times for various issues, the staff have been lovely and always fixed my car on the same day and returned it in lovely working condition and at a very reasonable price. First garage I've had to use and I'll be sad when I move and will have to find somewhere new as I'm not sure anyone will compare to the service I've received here
