Cinco de Maya ruined! Many decent reviews but very disappointing! Poor quality food, very little meat, with high prices! Got served beans in a disposable cup! Rice served the same way! Same food outside was the same but less expensive. Seemed like being in Mexico with the poor cleanliness and servers who didn’t speak English.
Food is very flavorful! Service was great, very friendly. I got my nachos with chips on the side, they didn't blink an eye, they were happy to do it. Birria tacos were great, lean beef, savory and perfectly seasoned sauce to dip. I loved it, and wish I'd have tried them out sooner.
I’ve heard of this place for a few years and I’m mad at myself for not trying it sooner! Ordered the birria tacos and a side of chips and guac. The tacos were amazing! The guac at first site had me a tad bit nervous based on the lighter green color I’m used to and pasty looking texture but it was very good as well. Would order everything the same again for sure.
Not so good.
It used to be the place to go on Tuesdays. With two people behind the counter, they put out a lot of food and drinks fairly fast. Now, they added a third person to run the register. And really slowed the whole process down.
The tacos were not filled and quite runny, like the meat was previously frozen. Made the hard shells mushy. Then kept me up most of the night. ????????
My wife and I hit Tia Cori's Tacos during the Cinco de Mayo celebration in the street. We had a good time at the festival and met all kinds of friendly people enjoying the band. The wait staff at Tia Cori's is very courteous and attentive, but their tacos leave much to be desired. The taco shells had some Mexican flare, and their green salsa sauce was tasty as well, but the beef in the taco can't be described in a favorable light, so I'll leave it at that.

We always love eating at Tia Cori's Tacos. Delicious and fresh. The chips with the trio of guacamole, queso and salsa are the best hands down. Service is always friendly. Lovely atmosphere
Food was great, service was TERRIBLE!!! I ordered three hard shell tacos. One shredded beef and two chicken all with just cheese on top. I also made this meal into a dinner for $2.50 more to get rice and beans. They gave me two shredded beef tacos and one chicken, no rice and beans. No big deal, I tell the server. Show her the receipt. She comes back and tells me “that’s not what we have and my manager doesn’t see that so if you want I can bring it back up to her but she doesn’t see that” huh? I used to come here as a kid, maybe management is different now but we stopped by with my brother who is back in town to go to a familiar childhood favorite of ours. NEVER GOING BACK. Not worth the headache. Manager never even came out to talk to us! Just terrible.
I came here two days in a row. That's how good it was. The tacos are the best I've ever had. They are juicy, flavorful, and the portion sizes are very generous. The birria fries are worth trying. We weren't at all disappointed. Frida and Billy greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome every time. I'm don't claim to be a taco expert, but I do go to as many taco places in Florida as I can on taco dates with my boyfriend and this place has taken first place for me. I can't wait to come back.
