Excellent service!
Last week I went into the pharmacy, as I had chest pain. Even though they were very busy with Covid injections, the staff immediately came to my assistance. I was given a seat, my blood pressure was taken in both arms and an ambulance was called.
Whilst waiting, my wife and I were given a consulting room and the staff monitored me until the paramedics arrived.
I would particularly like to thank Georgia, Melissa and Ray for their kindness and professionalism. Thanks to their prompt response, I was taken to Papworth, where I had an operation that afternoon and am now the proud owner of 2 stents!

Staff are uncaring and rude
My prescription was “lost, not on the shelf”
The most important medication was out of stock, I informed them I had not been able to collect earlier in the week as the weather had been so bad and I only had 1 day left
Terrible attitude from pharmacist especially
Apparently it might be in this afternoon or tomorrow, only open until 1pm though
I was treated like they were doing me a favour

As a recently retired NHS worker I understand these things happen, however they need to be dealt with with care and compassion for the patient
Obviously no job satisfaction there then
They couldn’t care less !
I tried to find a contact email for the proprietor to express how unacceptable this is
If this had happened to an old or disabled person the implications could be far worse especially with this attitude
Unfortunately i can’t find one hence this review in the hope it is seen and acted upon
I came today with my elderly and frail mum to have her Covid vaccination. I booked in advance for a certain day and certain time (12:50). When we arrived, we were told that they will not vaccinate her because they would have to open a new vial of vaccines and, as they close at 1pm on Wednesdays, the rest would have to be wasted (there are 5 doses of vaccine in the vial). Whilst I understand the reasoning, I don't understand why it wasn't possible to calculate that my mum will be declined whilst they booked each person for a certain time so they knew the number of people to be vaccinated on that day. Booking people in multiples of 5 is a kindergarten level numeracy skill.

Called the pharmacy to ask what I can buy over the counter for a very bad headache/migraine and was advised cocodomol. Said I'd head over there shortly to get it, but when I got there they refused to sell it to me. Very inconvenient. Went to another pharmacy who were very helpful.
In general I ask my GP to send my prescriptions elsewhere as they rarely have what I need.
Worse Pharmacy iv eve had the misfortune to use. I use a controlled drug and they have given me the wrong quantity 3 times and even the wrong medication on one occasion. They never have the medication when they say they do but still tell you to come and collect it in the hope that they may or may not have it in stock. Lie as a matter of course, are incompetent, rude unbelievably arrogant, defensive and dismissive when they get caught out lying which is very often. From speaking to many other customers it seems they all share my views and have experienced the same problems but are afraid to voice them as this is the only Pharmacy for miles around. Very unprofessional and really should be investigated as they are unfit to practice.
Travel Clinic and Vaccinations service is A1. I got superb service that was carried out with diligence. I recommend the City-Doc service to link you into this pharmacy for either business or pleasure related travel health needs.
The staff are useless and unprofessional. More than once they've held a prescription for days without preparing it, failed to order medication they didn't have in stock and failed to put a prescription back into the national system so we can access it at another pharmacy. My 2 year old is left without their prescription due to the lack of concern and/or incompetence.
