If I could have put zero stars I would have. I ordered from here while at work. I ordered 6 tenders and fries which including tip and delivery came to 19.51 for cold and for food that I could not eat is upsetting. I also called the store to be told that I could get a store credit for food that I had to throw in the trash. SMH I work hard for my $$$ to be robbed with no gun, yes it may have only been $20 but it was mines. I will make sure that know one at my place of business eats from there again.
Amazing salads!!!
I was in town visiting family and someone suggested thunderbird’s to find a healthy option for dinner. Such a huge selection of salads and they are a filling meal. I also asked for my wings crispy and they made them perfectly well with crunch. Superfood salad picture attached.
Food is delicious! However it was raining and cold on a Friday night. And after making a Online order that would be ready in 20 minutes. I ended up waiting on a line that went down the street for 35 minutes. They need to have a better process then just letting people stay outside. Maybe send someone out to get people there orders in a timely fashion. It was a very frustrating situation. So people need to keep this in mind when ordering on the weekend or a game day.
So, I just ordered a crispy chicken wrap and I got grilled and I also ordered jalapeño poppers and I got fries lol what a joke. The young workers in there just don’t care. Finally, when I took the wrap out of the bag it unfolded everywhere and now it’s hard to eat.
There’s no seating so atmosphere is not at play here, but the Dirty Pie is the best. It’s ruined all other pizzas for me… Except the pistachio pie at Stella. But that’s all the way in Philadelphia.
Took two hours to arrive, grilled cheese had no cheese, pizza was freezing cold. No discount offered. They let only one driver take a Friday night. No warning given that it would take so long but they knew, they admitted it when I called at 90 minutes to find out why it hadn’t arrived. At 2 hours we tried to call to cancel and they did not answer the phone.
Edit: they refunded our order. My review has been edited. They have good food and their pizza especially is very good.
Second time ordering here, 1st time brought pizza which was really good. Today wife purchased cheesesteak and a chicken cheesesteak... The cheesesteak was good , however the chicken cheesesteak was a mere disappointment that was more bread then meat..
Terrible greasy thick crust pizza typical of Delaware county.
Edit: Watched an employee wipe his nose with his hand twice and handle food on a recent visit, in the middle of cold/flu/covid19 season.
Edit: Teach your employees how to use a fryer. Wings were burnt to a crisp
