They did exactly what they said. The driver gave an honest answer on timing and set accurate expectations, which I appreciate. He told me he had 2 jobs ahead of me and would be 2 hours. I accepted that because he was transparent and he was 2 hours like he said. The driver was great. The dispatcher was overwhelmed with work, and you could tell because she wasn't communicating very effectively. She was stressed out because she was overwhelmed with calls, but damn, she didn't have to be so rude. The driver redeemed the nasty dispatcher. Thank you to the driver.
They wouldn't get one star but need one to write a post tow truck driver is a thief, had to take 20 bucks from my wife car Toyota avalon white so you know had friends watch you pull over with the car in some parking lot. Let me find anything else missing and I'll be there
I've taken my GMC Terrain here after the tornado for repairs and they did an AMAZING job, so I had another car problem and I took it in spur of the moment Tuesday and just picked it back up today and it's another job well done. Very knowledgeable and friendly crew! Highly recommend them and they will always be my go to shop!

Called Thrones after my Kia broke down 18 minutes from Toledo, Ohio (I was coming from Michigan). Had trouble finding a company who would help until Rick called me back from Thrones Towing. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way to get my car to the shop and also gave a little insight as to what the issue may be. He was very understanding and flexible when it came to my issue and even met my sister to get my key. I had a great experience with Rick and definitely recommend him for any towing needs!!
My insurance suggested I send my vehicle here after it was damaged in an accident. They were very good at communicating with me. I knew approximately how long it would take to get my car fixed and I would receive random texts telling me that my repair was on schedule. I would definitely recommend them for your car needs.
Called them twice for a tow on the same car. Never showed up! Cost me 200 in impound and tow fees. Never again.
Any issues I have with my car they will fix, they will go the extra mile for any repairs that you may need for a very good price
