They broke into my tool box, and stole tools while not fixing my transmission. Charged me 1600 and have blocked my phone calls and the large guy that claims to run the place while the kind old man is dying in the hospital is now carrying around a gun refusing to return my money. If you choose this place for business of any kind consider your a fool as you have been duly warned ⚠️
Dishonest, shady DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Took my car here and he had for 2 days just to tell me he couldn’t do it and then Broke my door and when I asked him what happened he told me NOT ME and then told him to leave. Had to call the police
My friend took his car to this shop and it has been since Oct 3 2023. The car is stil not fixed they don’t return the calls I wii use the courts, bbb, and atty generals consumer affairs. If they get the car fixed I will not pursue this claim and they have used bait and switch tactics
I went to them thinking they would do a good job. Everything went wrong they told me one price and after they took my van they added $100. So i was like ok; mad but ok then they said it would take 3 days and hey took a week and half. When i went to get final price they added another $50 for tax and when I asked about it. The owner CM accused me of being shifty like i was trying get over on him. He would not let me speak he just talked over me. Then he sent his worker to deal with me that guy seemed a little honest.I was upset so they took off the $50 but now I have to spend more $$ because they did something to my ac it now only blows hot air. My dad tried to ask what happened and the owner started acting crazy. Yelling and talking over him and sent his worker again to clean up his mess. Please heed my warning don't business with CM the owner he is a burn
I'm late on this post but please beware of this shop when you look at these reviews please don't ignore I took my truck to them.so let me just say the bald mexican you can't trust him he claimed they. did the service on my truck and that they found that I needed a new transmission I'm like ok. he said he was gonna call me back with an estimate me personally never knew it takes 3 hours to just get an estimate I thought something was very fishy woth them me and my husband decides to just show up their well to make along story short they were closed luckily we got their in time to demand our vehicle the owner which is the Chinese guy ended up saying they didn't get to work on it when I was told different the Chinese guy said they never touched it and he apologized he doesn't know why that his employee told me that because they had problems with their lift so becareful where you take your car ..these people would have ripped me off.and when you go their you will see other mechanics across look at you don't take it personal it's because they said they take you for a run with your money
Honest people and professional. If you have a chance try to talk to the Asian guy witch I didn't catch his name, He's awesome. They did an transmission tune up on my 2011 chevy 3 other places wanted and arm and a leg he was reasonable.
Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The repair was priced very reasonably, done quickly, and my transmission has been great ever since!
We regret taking our car there to be fixed, I had to take it so many times to be checked the transmission, and then he just told us that the car won't start when Mr car was running fine. We don't recommend this place at all.
