Unfortunately my car has been here first they wouldn't do the cambelt as they didn't have the tools .then my car was there a week to have engine light faults sorted and a new catalytic converter fitted which they didn't want to do incase they snapped a bolt it was five days wasted and no communication from them very disappointing
I've used 3 ways for many years for our car & camper. Always been flexible & willing to help. Their happy to repair not just to replace. They have asked why parts needed replacing as other garages have advised that need changing, hence why I trust them & now use them for all our motoring needs.
I've used this service twice now and both times Matthew has done a great job. He is polite and patient with customers. I would highly recommend this garage. Great service Matthew Thank you once again.

I brought a car from this garage a few years ago. I had to take it back a week later as brake fluid was leaking badly from the rear caliper which the garage had replaced before I brought it. They then kept the car for 2 weeks leaving me with no transport although they did fix the fault free of charge. I went back there months later for the mot (again I had to wait days with no contact from them) they told me the car failed and only needed a new spring but I waited so long for them to do the work I ended up taking the car somewhere else for the repair and retest. When they did the new MOT they found faults that this garage had missed or overlooked. The customer service is appalling and I would not take my car here again.
Fantastic service! Very knowledgeable and welcoming staff. A proper garage with old school values. It is of no wonder they've been serving the local community for 60+ years!

Service levels that you would expect at a Bentley dealership in Knightsbridge, but at an independent countryside garage price.
