No longer recommend. I had to keep bringing my car back after he “fixed” it. Kept it for week at a time. Now he says my car has a crack in the engine. Which He said that about my last two cars. No longer recommend.
Thong did excellent work on my car for 1/4 the price I was quoted at a different shop. Now my car sounds and runs better! Would highly recommend. I will be back!

Came here after Tires Plus tried to charge us $1,200 for service with a $500 markup on parts. Service was completed by the next day here instead and for exactly half the price. Happy with the work that was done. Make sure to bring cash though! No cards taken here.
I have been with Mr. Thong for years and he is the BEST in the cities for my cars. I have never had a problem with my cars after he fixed them, he is accurate and on time. He will not overcharge you and if he can fix it he will tell you the exact problem and price. Hard working and knows his cars, especially foreign! I wouldn't go anywhere else in the Twin Cities!
He was unprofessional, kept my car for a week. Told me he couldn't find the part for my car. Then when I found it, told me not to purchase it, because he now all of a sudden had it. Then after another week said it wasn't the problem he initially said it was. Then proceeded to tell me I had 48 hrs to get my car. Terrible customer service.
My brakes were terrible and needed help ASAP. All the auto places around Eagan are so expensive but Thong's is so affordable and does the perfect job. As a student, he saved me so much money. I recommend this place to anyone. I'll be back here!
Went there without an appointment and was willing to complete fixing my car within hours. I just called to let him know my car issue. He was very upfront and showed me what he was going to fix. 5stars and appreciated making my car sound good again.
