Wally and his staff are all amazing. I needed a repair and they took the time to explain to me exactly what parts were needed and why. I really appreciate their expert level of communication. Furthermore, I told them I was leaving on a trip and Wally stayed an extra couple hours after closing to make sure my vehicle was fully prepared and ready for the road. In addition to this, they charge very fair prices. Thomas and Bros auto center provides high quality work for great prices. I will only be bringing my vehicle here from now on.
I am writing this review to express my deep gratitude to Wally, a great mechanic and kind person. I needed to install a part on my car door. I applied to a car body shop near my work but was denied. They told me to come next week. I was very upset. I found this shop online and decided to go there.
An amiable man came to meet me, examined the car, and quickly and professionally solved the problem. I am happy that I found a trustworthy company that cares about its customers. He told me to drive it a few miles, then check the atf level.
The atf level rose to the correct level.
No better place to have your vehicle repaired. Wally is the best! He's honest, does great work, and is a genuinely nice guy that will let you know what needs to be done and what you can wait to take care of. It's the only place I take my cars.
