Great Company, Family Oriented....Best company I've driven for,they care about you and your family ...Well maintained equipment, good pay and driver friendly.
Their good company to work for you make decent pay roughly 1200 to 1400 a week gross depending on milage you run.
Only down side I had is I wish dispatchers would actually be dispatchers and give you the full information that brokers give you instead of having you call them to get the information it made some loads difficult bc brokers would treat you like a idiot bc u had no proper information to give them.
Thoms Transport is a good old down-home country folk place to work. They go way out of their way, and well above the call of duty, to keep their drivers happy. They have some of the best equipment in the industry, and keep a close eye on its maintenance. Probably the best place I've ever worked. They don't just say you're like family, they treat you like it.

I drove for them for about 3 years great company had to come off road due to some family issue the nice pretty orange international with all the orange flaps and all pretty was my lease truck glad to see she's been taken care of.
Good morning family.
I didn't know what to expect when I called Thom's Transport looking for a great local career back in February of 2017. I didn't really learn about them until one of my girlfriend's friends told me about them. But when I finally made the call. I was greated with people that were companionate, honest and humble. And that is when it got my attention. Lol I'll never forget the first call guys. A gentleman by the name James Jones answered the phone and and after listening me tell him all the places i've worked and the difficult time i've had working at those places. He said that it sounded like I needed to find a home.
I thought to myself, that everywhere I have worked, as far as a trucking company, everyone was out for themselves treating me like a number instead of a member of a great family. Shoot not at Thom's Transport. Here I am called by name and not just an average driver.
The employer's there at Thom's, listen to me, and what my ideas that I may have to better this company. And then take it one step further by following through with that idea instead of putting it on the back burner so that it could be forgotten. No I must say that here at Thom's I can finally say that I have found a place that I can call home.
