If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We are from out of town, and we had hit the curb such that a plastic piece from under the car had dislodged and was dragging on the ground. We pulled up and they instantly identified the issue from the road and fixed it, despite being booked out for 10 days. The two gentlemen worked really well together as a team and made such an incredible effort. Both were really friendly too which made the interaction even more positive.
This was the absolute best experience I’ve had with a mechanic in 36 years of life. There is the owner Dennis and his longtime employee who is so present and kind (I can’t remember his name). They have always been courteous to me as I walked about the neighborhood where they are located so I contacted them twice for work on my car (Honda fit). I felt like each time was so amazingly good bc they explained the service needed to me, showed me the old parts after they were replaced and explained why the work was necessary, and treated me immediately with kindness and respect. I felt welcomed, I felt like my lack of knowledge was never made fun of, I felt like I was being supported instead of spoken down to as I’ve experienced elsewhere. I felt like I was being talked to like a friend. These guys are just the absolute best. You won’t ever find another group of people with this much skill and class.
I had a great experience taking my car to the Wright garage. Even though it was an hour before closing time, Isaac invited me to come in and repaired my car on the spot. He knew exactly what to do and explained everything to me so I would understand what the repairs involved. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and had some beautiful vintage cars he had repaired as well. This is a family owned business well-established in Santa Fe offering excellent and courteous service.
Issiac made sure to give my dad a gray price for a car for my boy and takes care of the car when it need anything promptly, Issiac is a honest business man and works hard!

After getting ripped off at Chevrolet of Santa Fe for $1100 and nothing fixed (coolant and oil leaks). The guys at Wright correctly diagnosed and repaired the problems -

Amazing isn’t nearly enough. We called Friday afternoon b/c brakes were gone and needed to drive 12 hours home. They got us in and had a look and then fixed us up enough we could make it back home without have to wait a week (according to the dealership) for the part. THANK YOU!
If you want an honest assessment of your vehicle repair, go see Dennis and Isaac at the WRIGHT garage. I was lucky enough to have been given a referral to Dennis and his garage. He is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. He also charges a VERY reasonable amount for the excellent service he provides. I highly recommend the WRIGHT garage for all car repairs. These guys have integrity, they are helpful to their community... bravo! I had what I feared was a leaking coolant system and called to ask if they could check it out -- they squeezed me in and were the most kind, honest, and accommodating mechanics I've ever been to. As a young woman I usually hate visiting a garage (need I say more?) but Wright Garage is the one exception I've ever encountered. Wish I could give 10 stars.
