The Winchester is a beautiful, modern, rustic establishment with excellent, quality food and service. I had the Bourbon Salmon with Garlic Green Beans and a baked potato paired with a Broadside Cabernet Sauvignon. Dessert was a brownie cheesecake. Live music added an excellent ambiance to the dinner. Our waiter was excellent. Highly recommend.
This was our first visit here and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My husband ordered seafood and it was amazing. Our waitress, Trinity was the sweetest and just a complete bowl of sunshine. She was very helpful in helping us to know what to order.
She made us feel right at home.

Very good restaurant stationed in The Delta Hotel by Mariott in downtown Ashland. Staff was very attentive to our requests and offered kind service throughout. The filet medallions and Lobster Tail surf and turf was prepared to order and juicy. The crab rangoon appetizers were quite good with a sweet BBQ drizzle that added a southern twist to them. Definitely a restaurant worth trying if you are in the Ashaland, KY area.
The food and portion size were great! Great atmosphere. We did not have to wait for drink refills as Trinity kept a good watch on them. We come here every time we are in town to see our son and dau-in-law.

I love coming here because the food is delicious and love the atmosphere but something happened today that just shattered my heart. I stopped in to get my favorite thing in the world, the Potato Croquettes. I tell everyone I meet about the Potato Croquettes because they are so unique and delicious!!! Today when I ordered them I was told they don’t make them anymore, even though the guests loved them. I just want a reason, closure maybe. I want to understand what caused this decision. I hope I hear back as to the specifics of why they were discontinued. I didn’t even know the last visit I had here that I was eating my last Potato Croquette, I would have savored it more. ???????? please reconsider.

UPDATE: Wow. This is a great business, they actually listen to their customers feedback!! THEY ARE BACK baby . the coveted potato croquettes are back. We did it everyone, it’s a great day. I got two orders today and will be back soon. Thank you Winchester , from all of us. ❤️???? I now have no complaints about the Winchester. It’s a great place to eat and relax. 10000/10.
The food was outstanding and the all of the waiters or most outstanding as well as the servers on the buff line awesome
1st time there. Drinks never got refilled. Fries were cold. Chicken sandwich had a small sliver of Swiss cheese and chicken was tough and overcooked. For the prices, the food quality should have been better. And should have had more than 1 server for the size of our party.
Very good food and beautiful restaurant located inside The Delta. Server was okay, restaurant wasn’t super busy but server seemed overwhelmed.
