My partner and I stumbled on the cafe on our walk. We visited on a sunny day and loved the cafe!
Its a very cute caravan kitchen with lovely staff. We both had green soup with bread. Both of these were delicious and we had to ask for more bread!
All the food was of very high quality and we spent an amazing afternoon there!
Wonderful (and very healthy) food in a beautiful setting at the foot of the Downs. How they produce such great food from an old caravan is beyond me!
Great halfway stop for a circular walk from the top of Devil’s Dyke.
Lovely little cafe hidden behind Devil's Dyke.
Nice little place this , not obvious that its there if you didn't know as didnt see any signs from the road. Friendly staff, good range if cakes - I had tiffin which was very nice and the tea was made quickly and was reasonably priced. Note its on the south downs way so its a handy stop if your off roading on the SDW.
Stopped by on Easter Monday while cycling the South Downs Way.
Had Turkish eggs for breakfast and peanut butter on sourdough to take away.....both were excellent.
Good coffee too.
A little gem tucked away on the South Downs Way at Saddlescombe Farm. Always worth asking if they have the bread pudding. Get there before the end of Nov23 when the current team leave. Then closed until new owners in Mar24
Had a delicious wild garlic and nettle soup! Lovely staff and setting ????
This is such a beautiful hidden gem. It's not signposted or advertised yet it was full and busy when we went. The staff were rushed but steadily worked their way through the orders and it's a lovely place to wait! Surrounded by rustic buildings and wildflowers (and wildFLOURS in the tasty food!)
