Found this pub on a last minute trip to Tiverton. Walked into a warm welcome and within a few minutes we were chatting to the locals and staff who were very friendly. Spent the rest of Friday in the pub enjoying the cider and great atmosphere and juke box. Went back on the Saturday for more of the same. The customers and staff made us very welcome and we ended up having a fantastic weekend. We will be back in the area soon and this will definitely be our pub of choice. Really good re-invention of a local pub. Perfect selection of local and international drinks! Including the mighty Neck Oil from Beavertown! Well worth a visit, ignore the preconceptions and give it a go! You won’t be disappointed!
Wicked atmosphere, great group of people, amazing food and the best music. Came here recently with a friend and it was the best! Doesn’t look like much from the outside but guaranteed you’ll have yummy food and a good time!
Absolute tool of a bouncer literally a man on a rampage must have thrown half of the guests out having no reason to do so assaulting people to the floor. Will never go again.
Absolute ****hole, avoid like the plague!! Two awful rude bullies who work as barstaff (2 blonde ladies) who if they decide to take a dislike to you(for no reason whatsoever) will physically and verbally assault you, this behaviour will then be condoned by the landlord and landlady who funnily enough missed it on CCTV and are perfectly happy for their barstaff to victimise, bully and intimidate members of the public because they have taken a personal dislike. Appalling..if this was any decent establishment they would have faced their marching orders but this pub allows anything. Disgusting behaviour. Avoid
At last a decent pub in Tiverton that has live music and a good juke box. The Guinness is great too.
Cracking pub.
Regular live music,a great choice of beers and a fantastic atmosphere. A real gem.
