Best pub food I have ever had. We got 2 Yorkshire pudding wraps, and they were about the same size as a beef wellington! Could easily feed 2/3 people of it! Was delicious and will definitely come back if we are in the area. Lovely little pub in the countryside as well just set the tone. Thank you!
Stopped at the White Heart on the way to London just by luck. Had a great ploughman's lunch and my son had a delicious Cajun chicken burger. Had a country pub atmosphere, which is what it is really. Polite and professional service. Well worth a stop.
Absolutely amazing , very old fashion place but food is delightful. Roast dinner in burrito is fantastic.

What a delight finding this place. Arrived last minute and just in time for their yummy Sunday lunch. Very tasty and plentiful. The price is more than we would normally pay but was worth it. Also played pool, cards which we haven't done for years. also dog friendly.
A great English country style pub, with excellent food and friendly staff. They were very accomodating and welcomed a booking of 25 people with only 24 hours notice! Very grateful to have been able to have our family function here and will definitely be coming back. The roast dinners were incredible and there was plenty to eat, no one went home hungry. Highly recommended for any occasion, we're even planning to return on Christmas day for lunch.
Stayed at longleat caravan park for Easter and called in on spec to see if they had space for 6 of us to eat. We were made very welcome. Food was amazing, fantastic value for money. Would highly recommend and will be back before our trip back home.
Absolutely love this place. The fireplace, the antlers, the friendliness, the amazing food. Had the new veggie roast today which was the gigantic yorkie wrap with brie, mushrooms and cranberry, it was FANTASTIC. It also doesn't cost an absolute arm and a leg like similar places around the area. Love love love. Also, they don't include optional service charge, so don't forget to tip to support their amazing work!
Sundayroast... I would drive a extra mile just to eat there again. Absolutly fantastic!!
We had a pork and an lamb roast... both where exelent... The yorkshirepudding was HUGE!!
