Stopped in on a Friday night at 7:15 and the restaurant and bar were both open seating. We headed to a table in the bar area which had maybe 4 tables of people and about 8-10 at the bar (with three waitresses). Fast forward 20 minutes and multiple attempts to get their attention and no one had stopped by our table. Four guys walk in who are obviously locals/regulars and no more than a minute went by and they had placed a drink order and had menus. Absolutely unbelievable. We may.not be friends with the staff but that doesn't mean you don't have to do your job. Will never go here again and will make sure I tell everyone why.
Very very packed it was fish Friday all you can eat we did not get that we got the wings which were pretty good little different than normal but they were delicious. Love the garlic sauce. Had the pickle appetizer that was good, price of little high Great service.
Ordered jack diet, server brought a beer 20 min later (obviously not jack coke). Ordered pickle fries which were brought to the wrong tabe and we never got. Order buffalo wings to go, got home and realized I got half a chicken and not buffalo wings. Worst service I've seen or received in quite a few years. Will never be back an's advise everyone else the same.
If it was an option I would give this place a negative ten on ratting. My family and I went there and order drinks( I'll put it in order). My dad, order a beer good tasting he said, with the meal he got broasted chicken and a side order of au'grautin. It was nothing but a bowl of grease and a scoop of something. My mother got the same thing as my dad. That's just sad. Also she order a rasberry ice tea, tasted great. My meal was white meat chicken that was dry and burnt I also got union rings (burnt) my Mac and chesse was the only good itom of food on my plate.
Our waitress was named Kim she looked like nothing but a hooker in my book, she had a rainbow shirt on, she looked nice. My mother asked her for two dollars worth of quarters. We had to remind her only five times to bring them to us.
Kim brought out our food in different clothes, I mean she wasn't wearing her clothes we first saw her in. (YIKES)
She then leaves because I guess her shift was over and another girl came in and took over for her. All I remember of her is that she had a black shirt with strips on the sides and had her hair up in a pony tail. She was so nice and felt so bad and embarrassed that she gave the whole meal FREE and we gave her a $5.00 tip and told her to keep that for herself and not to give it to anyone else.
So now I'm eating a whole roll of Tums, thanks a lot Whistling Pickel!
I don't recommend going there, maybe only for drinks and that's it. My dad said and I quote "yeah the Whistling Pickel, more like the stripping pickel"!
Also there was NO adult drinks my dad had to list off ten drinks till he got his drink because they have such bad selections.
Went to the pickle for Easter brunch at least 4 people got seriously sick including me with food poisoning an could not make it to work on Monday I have never been that weak an sick in my life along with bathroom being my friend. Stay away they have been closed down twice that I no of
This place is a joke. The only reason that their doors are open is because they rip people off! Our small company did whatever we could to get the doors open to the public. This was TWO years ago already. Continuous bad checks and not paying what they owe! DO NOT support a business that likes to use people and not pay what they owe mind you it is over $11,000.
Stopped for their "chicken wing" special last week-Very tasty and the bartender that served us was attentive, friendly and very customer service oriented! We'll be back-
