The bakery smells lovely and everything looks so nice. We had chocolate choux buns with cream filling which was very sweet but very delicious. Younger staff friendly but older blonde lady was borderline rude which is a shame. It costs nothing to smile and be polite.
I'm honest about my reviews as them who have read and seen my reviews on Google will know. This bakery do a great honey and spelt loaf sausages rolls are great... The bakery gets very busy so service can be slow. They don't do cheese straws ???? one thing I personally love from a bakery... The staff are nice and polite... I think personally they could improve on business by selling items like pasties pies etc hot and cold as not everyone wants to buy them hot... I have to say overall a good experience keep up the good work... please think about my reviews before responding...
Went here after reading reviews and can't honestly say it's the worst bakery I've eaten from. Rock cake was yellow and awful. Flap jack greasy. Cornish pasties worst I've ever eaten. If you ate a pasty and thought it was the best ever you've got to try elsewhere. As we left saw pasties in the shop next door and wish we had tried there they looked much better.
Really disappointed. Waste of money. Shame as looked nice and staff were lovely. Only reason I didn't give a one star.
Wow this place is a real gem!!!!! Stumbled upon it by accident and so glad we did!!! Staff are amazing and so friendly! The cakes are something else, absolutely delicious!!!!
Cake is delicious, however been here twice to be served by the same older lady with blonde hair and glasses who's just so rude, and quite snotty. Lovely little bakery but rude customer service drives it down, plenty of other little ones I'd rather give my money too that arnt as rude
I really do like the bread. My only gripe is that the shop in Dawlish cuts the loaves too thinly. As a result some of the slices collapse. The Teignmouth shop cut the bread using a thicker setting.
