Very nice cafe.
The seafood chowder was fantastic.
The salmon was very good as well but it was a small portion, especially so for the price.
Everything else was nice.
The Sticky Toffee Pudding wasn't the best we've tried.
Stopped here for a quick lunch. Place doesn’t look much: half hidden behind a petrol station, but the welcome was warm, the service friendly and chatty, and the food wonderful - we had soup of the day, veg curry and haddock fillet, all delicious and very reasonably priced. Staff made a fuss of our greyhound and brought her drinking water and a couple of biscuits. We’ll be back.
100% recommend. Excellent hearty "home cooked" meal. Haven't enjoyed a meal out as much as this in years, felt just at home!
Couldn't recommend more if you are missing a home cooked meal or any meal in general! Lovely atmosphere, extremely welcoming and friendly staff and dog friendly too!
A really lovely experience. We chanced on this place by the petrol station - don't be deceived by the looks. The food is great, a good selection and delicious. The seafood chowder was as good as any we've had. Our dog was warmly welcomed and fussed over. We had glorious sunshine and views across the water. A pint of Skye Black went down well. Really friendly people too!

We found this place for chance and it was great. We have been here twice! Excellent home made food and very nice staff. The place is just behind a patrol station, little entrance not so evident from the road. The best dinner we had on island: haggis, beef cooked with whiskey, delicious desserts !! Everything fresh and really home made. Do not miss it!
Super busy evening and we had to wait a while for service who were doing their absolute best, but absolutely amazing staff and genuinely fantastic food. Even catered to me (a vegan with a bunch of food intolerances) with a smile and I couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended - special thanks to Chloe for looking after us! X
