I dined here with my friends last night and I have to say it's one of the best restaurants I've ever been to! The service from Diane and her team was excellent and the food was amazing. The atmosphere was great and we were able to relax and take our time to eat and chat. A hidden gem; I will definitely recommend the Village Bistro and we will definitely be back.
Just recently opened again and im so happy it did this place has such a nice atmosphere, the food is definitely something to travel for and the staff are lovely
Having had disappointing meals out recently since lockdown it was a delight to return to the Village Bistro, Penmaenmawr this past week. As always we were warmly welcomed by Diane & her staff.
The price shown against the main course is what you pay & this includes a starter & a sweet and the basket of bread to start is lovely but beware the portions are very generous & it's very easy to nibble away at this and feel too full to appreciate the tasty 3 courses that follow!!
We all enjoyed our meals very much & the quality of all the ingredients are excellent , generous & very tasty.
We are so looking forward to visiting again very soon but must remember not to eat anything for lunch that day!!
Excellent service, food and price. This was our first visit to The Village Bistro and we were very impressed. We have been on holiday near Llandudno for the week and phoned up to book (someone told us about it when we told them we were staying nearby) lucky for us they had had a cancellation. Good choice of food reasonable prices for the wine and generous portions. We will certainly return when we are in the area. Just remember to book so that you are not disappointed.
Just back from a superb meal. Great friendly service and superb food. By far the best meal on this trip to North Wales. Definitely worth a visit. Pay for the main course and get the starter and dessert too. Thanks!!
Unfortunately, we were unable to eat here (at the beginning of June). The message on the ansaphone says 'Currently closed for the winter'. Hopefully, they'll reopen at the beginning of the school summer holidays.
My favourite restaurant in North Wales - all the food is delicious and great value. Extra touches like the lovely bread served at the start make it a great all round experience. Always has a great atmosphere with good music playing and friendly waiting on staff to make you feel welcome.
Absolutely beautiful food in a lovely setting. Staff are brilliant. Would give it 10 stars if i could. Not to to be missed if you are anywhere nearby.
