Lovely shop providing local quality produce. When needing some pork pies for Christmas my mum left her details and got told she'd receive a text when they had a delivery. The next morning she got a phone call before the shop even opened to say they'd put some aside for her. Brilliant customer service.
Try the steak and Stilton pies from here or for that matter any of the pies ????????

When I mentioned about expanding the meat-free range, since so many people these days don't eat animals, I was met with hostility and attempts at personal insults.
For what was a very valid request from a customer was met with unnecessary comments from a very unprofessional person behind the page.
Wouldn't recommend them based on this, nevermind them openly admitting they're hoping their customers will die if they buy their products. It was a very odd encounter but hopefully they can learn how the internet and social media works soon and can try just be nicer online ????????
When I posted this review on their Facebook page they called me a liar and a 'wierdo". Not even a 'weirdo'....Just adds substance to my review in the first place! Plenty of other grocers in the area where you'll actually find decent customer service and not keyboard-happy boomers who don't understand customer service and how to just be kind on the internet.
Tucked away in the centre of the village I found this very well stocked little gem.
Beautifully presented fresh goods, lots of choice and a very helpful lady behind the counter.
I am very happy with both the quality and price of the vegetables I bought there, and will be calling in again soon.
Very compact, well laid out and extremely well stocked. Absolute top quality fruit and veg as well as numerous deli items. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Delivery service available. I do not shop anywhere else now for fruit and veg.
Considering the small size of this shop it sells a surprisingly good range of foods. Well laid out. A lot of locally sourced produce. Friendly, helpful staff. A great addition to Shepshed.
Great selection of premium fruit and veg. Lovely pies, samosas and bhajis. Jams, pickles and preserves. Cakes and breads. Recommended. Oh, and they sell vintage Sparkenhoe cheese (THE best Red Leicester on the planet).
Small but full of everything you need, the steak pies in the chill cabinet were very tasty and I look forward to sampling the other variety as well, vegs fresh and appetizing.
